Mr. Bean (PS2) Any% Speedrun

A significant improvement over last run, i only died a handful of times and went through every level on the first go, nearly didn't have enough cat biscuits but had enough in the end
Accidentally fucked up my splits (had backspace set as resetting splits rather than undoing a split), retimed splits will be listed in the comments (so that they don't add incorrect chapters to the video)
