Great heli!!! Just curious if you don't mind my asking... What does a heli like that take for time to build and cost? It's a beautiful machine..
The most of the such builds are nowdays built from a kit. You order the whole fuselage (painted or unpainted) with appropriate mechanics. Then you buy separately servos, flight controller and finally electric motor with ESC, batteries or kerosine turbine. Then you can add so much details how many free time you got. The final price starts at 2.500 € by electric (800 mm blades radius) up to 10.000 € by bigger turbine models (1.2m blades radius).

Our air medical helicopter is a Bell 429 and sure would like one of these .

As a retired Helicopter pilot (18K hrs) , I'm impressed. What are you using for the power plant? And what load can it carry?
Mostly of the RC turbine helis in Europe use Jakadofsky or Jetcat turbines. Such a large helis (2.5m rotor diameter) weight about 15-25 kg...

Why aren't hobbyist building them a lot of them and selling them? RC people need to step it up and get the same level as UAV 🤦🏻♂️

Da gehts es Dir so wie mir, so ein Teil wäre schon nett zum etwas rum heizen LoL. Knapp 10'000 für einen Elektro Scale Modell. Mit Turbine steigt der Preis rassant an 15'000-20'000. Da muss auch ich erstmal paar Jahre Sparen. Dir einen schönen Sonntag wer weiss eines Tages.
