Heidi Gardner doesn't push her character very far into caricature but everything from voice to mimickry to light pursing of the lips is pitch perfect.
I didn't like her at all.

This is so accurate to the point it's infuriating. Having said that, at least they picked up the phone. So many businesses these days don't and so if you lose something you have to go all the way back just to check.

I lost my membership card and they told me to just call the number on the back of the card. I asked them for the number and they said it's on the card duh. I said but I lost my card and they told me that's why I needed to call the number like they said. I asked why they couldn't just tell me which number to call and they said because it was on the card. I walked out and never went back.

Even crazier is salmon salmon only pink if they have a natural diet. Farm raised salmon are usually gray. 😂

It always surprises me how little thought they put into wrapping up the sketches.
Always been a huge weakness of SNL. Compare for example to Key & Peele, where the endings are flawless.
Fr it loses any momentum it built and fizzles out … like a fade out song in the 90s
