Charger looks more aggressive in my taste. It's also more practical, has slightly more amenities and maintains a better aerodynamic design. Challenger is better bamg for your buck and looks more retro. With the price difference between the 2 you can make the challenger 800+hp to the wheels!
If I could afford both I would choose the charger. If they weigh the same, why not have 2 more doors?

In my taste challenger hellcat is look more aggressive because challenger hellcat is demon car from hell. If charger hellcat his sound very angry. Between charger hellcat and charger srt8,charger srt8 its front look more aggressive.

I️ prefer the charger just because it looks so good my fav part about the charger is the taillights it never gets old but I’m starting to get bored of driving my charger. Challenger would be a whole new environment something I’d be looking forward too if it was my choice I’d own both but I’m broke

manny im sorry to go hard at you homie. This is actually the first time that i heard that hemi engines were going away permenantly and i just took out my frustrations on you. Its just a car (a beautiful machine with naturally powerful large hemi v8 engines that will be replaced with v4-6 turbo tuned engines) and if im lucky enough by 5-10 yrs from now, i could buy a used hemi/supercharged hemi or even a brand new hemi, but what are the odds of that?

Both are great cars, no shortage of fun. Like you pointed out though, the trunk is a bigger deal than you'd expect when it comes to convenience. I've got the Charger myself, just more practical for my needs. By the way, what's wired up beneath your 3rd brake light? Looks like an antenna? Thanks for the great videos!
I'm 6'6" and when I tested the Challenger, the headroom was a bit tight while the Charger was fine. So I would add if you're quite tall, the charger is better. I bought a Charger hellcat and love it! I would probably prefer the retro loof of the Challenger but the Charger looks good as well and is the more practical choice.

I love my brick. Im with the challenger all day. And to me the charger doesnt look all as impressive inside and out like the challenger does. And that 5 mph difference in top speed really isnt nothing.

They both look about the same in terms of quality both inside and out but I’d probably go for the charger because of the 4 doors, but the challenger is an brassy for sure.

The charger is so clean. I love em both though.
Riley, one thing you mentioned during the video, which is true, but you didn't go far enough back. The Challenger is a true retro muscle car relative to the 70-74 Challenger. Yes, it is bigger, but the body lines denote the Challenger style none the less, whereas the Charger looks nothing like the original 68-70 Charger and is more of a sportier Chrysler 300 body style. The engine, suspension, drive-train and chassis are all similar or the same, but the Challenger has the true retro look. BTW, I do disagree that the preferred Scat Pack version is the Charger. I have a 2016 Challenger Scat Pack in black, not only because I wanted the six-speed manual, but I think the Challenger is just the better looking body style. And the Challenger is the version that comes with the true Scat Pack double stripe on the trunk, which makes it look absolutely mean. Although, I had a '70 Challenger and always was somewhat bias to the Challenger look, but to each his own. When my Scat Pack is in the garage, I can just look at it and be awed!

The challenger and charger are built off of the same platform, which "should" offer the same room for rear passengers. I have owned a couple of challenger 392's and am looking into a Hellcat, (researching differences between challenger/charger). Great video, thanks!

Hey Riley, what's the size of the challenger like to deal with? Especially after a Camaro. I have an 06 mustang now, and I love hellcats, but I just hate how huge they are and now sure how big of a deal it really is. If it really feels huge or what, thanks
Challenger for me hands down. No kids and a bunch of passengers (two or more) in the car will make it feel like a van...ugh! Also sedans say "family" when I look at them, coupes say "rebel" or "I don't need back-up". And then theres the looks. One says race car while the other (sedan) says fast transport van (exact fare please).

i choose the challenger hell cat. more masculine styling. it also has it's own distinct look from the other challengers (front fascia, hood, wheels, and wing) . charger hellcat looks too similar to the Daytona 392, Daytona 5.7, SRT, and Scatpack r/t. from a distance they all look the same. subtract a few points for being a cop car, and having the dart styling also.

I got a 2014 dodge charger R/T supercharged in header orange with the black leather interior. I like the old grill over the current one. The current charger it's grill dosen't have that menacing look. Both of these cars kick some serious ass though!! 💪🏿👍🏿

Sterling dart came out in 2013, new charger design was 2015
If he meant the 2015 charger facelift then hes even more off the mark with his comment. The 2015+ charger doesnt resemble the dart at all, other than the similar tail light setup.

Started off with Challenger sxt and then I upgraded to a SRT 392 and after owning that for a bit i realized my next upgrade NEEDED to be the sedan. Test drove it and fell in love. the space is more sufficient. I just overall fell in love with the more space. although I will say the front end of the hellcat challenger looks so much meaner!!!!
I was a fan of the Charger Hellcat when it first came out because to me it was more of a "sleeper" than the Challenger which was kinda more in your face with the retro muscle car styling.
