It was so easy to replace that Tesla decided to put it behind the glove compartment on every subsequent model. You have to disassemble the passenger side interior completely 2016 and later

My HVAC vents don't have much more than a trickle of air flow coming out - does this mean that air filter is clogged up? I can hear HVAC vent fans going high speed, just nothing coming out?
