Following on from my video 2 days ago, where I spoke about some big mistakes that beginners make in FPL... well today I move onto some more BIG mistakes that even some very experienced FPL managers may not know about.

Very easy mistake to make Craig, especially when we’re talking 0.1m, 0.2m here and there. Plenty of people can throw away money without realising.

First I have done, but if you do not buy players going up in value before they do then that could be bad as well.

the wildcard thing is good to know/remember. I feel like Fpl could just fix this? Like until the next deadline the players are at your version of the price points until the deadline. I'm a missing a reason why this couldn't be done?
For the price drops do you need to compare current value vs sell value and if difference is 0.2 you won’t lose value?
You need to compare the purchase price to the current price. If the price difference is an odd number, for example 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, then you won’t be affected by the following drop.

Last season i tried to be clever with 2 transfer then free hit. Didnt end up very well
Brett, what if price remains at 6.5 and then there's is a risk of dropping price to 6.4. Then I have to rush surely?
Yes, in that case you’ll be rushed into a decision as the price drop will affect you. 👍

7:57 i thought u said in the price changes video that unlike price rises, selling price drops doesn't go down one place while the current price goes down two places. or am i missing something? pls clarify
Think you’ve missed something here mate. Can you try and rephrase the question?
In the price guide video, I speak about the price drops not having the rule of 0.2, but that’s only when the player’s price drops lower than what you originally paid for him.
In the Rashford example in this video however, I speak of a price-drop, but his current price is still above what you initially paid. So the rule of 0.2 still applies at that point.

Rashford
Sancho imo. More technical and could get more assists as compared to rashford. Rashford is more of a explosive player and does not have consistency
if Ronaldo stays, none
if not, Sancho
I know why people would be skeptical of Rashford, I just personally think the extra mill for Sancho isn't worth it, they have very similar projected points and I just have a feeling Rashford starts the season well and then fades later.
