    Oh….also my daughter writes out my gym routine. 10 minutes on treadmill walking prior to strength training. 45 minutes lifting 4 days a week. Each day different then ending with stair climbing 15 minutes. Get your steps in as much as you can👍👍👍

      I need to get back on the stair climber I always do 5 minutes then am knackered 😂😂

    Hi Aimee! Let’s talk scale…..I despise the scale. It defines what kind of mood it will put me in. As I’ve commented before on your videos, I’m losing very slowly. I don’t weigh every week. I weigh every 2 first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom (TMI) sorry. Anyway I’ve consistently lost 2 pounds each weigh in. I’m happy about that. You are correct, the weight thing is triggering.
    I’m happy to hear you are working out keep that up. Outside walks for the stress. No more alcohol, it is a set back. Just know you will not lose those weeks you drink. After your workout first thing to eat is protein! I would advise not spending alot of money on clothes.
    I understand the anxiety over holiday outfits. I tend to avoid events until I’m comfortable. But that’s just me. If I don’t feel good I’m not going to have fun.
    Just don’t get crazy or hard on yourself. If you are hearing noise then bump up! Best advice not you are asking but try your best to stay calm and do enjoyable things that are healthy. Sounds like you are doing most things perfect. I rooting for you ❤️❤️❤️

      Thank you so much ✨I’m trying to be less anxious around the scale and not weigh myself for a few days and see if this helps. It’s definitely not healthy for me worrying about every little 0.1kg difference on a day to day basis!
