This is my person journey. I’m not a medical doctor/provider. I would recommend speaking with your medical provider/doctor for their recommendations in regards to weight management if you have any concerns. *Supplements I Take*: amzn.to/4eLxRH7 *What I Eat in a Day*🥑: th-cam.com/video/6RkmFGSp-x0/w-d-xo.html & *70 LB WEIGHT-LOSS BODY CHANGES + TIPS | LOOSE SKIN, SAGGING, STRETCH MARKS*

For those who have kidney issues, you might want to think twice. These shots have a major impact on kidney function. Please include your nephrologist in your decision BEFORE you begin the weight program. Just saying.😏

I swear when it comes to sweets I can NOT control myself!!! I swear there is something that takes over me when it comes to sweets!! I wish there was something I could take that just for curbing sweet cravings but that's not for actual weight loss because I know once the cravings are gone I can lose it super easily

I’m in my mid 40’s and was diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20’s. Was told I wouldn’t ever get pregnant. Six years later I got pregnant. Weight loss and weight gain was the story of my life. I hit my highest weight last year when I was over 300 lbs with a near death experience. When I got discharged, I got a wake up call and decided I needed to get back in shape and I lost 127 lbs in 9 months. Best decision I ever made for myself. I applaud you sis. Good job! You did it! 🎉❤

Girl YES about the insulin resistance. People do not understand how that feels. You are literally so out of control and will be screaming in your head not to eat and that you aren’t hungry and your body just goes through the motions and does it anyway. It makes it feel impossible to overcome.

I can relate to everything you're saying, except the PCOS, but I had endometriosis. I was originally 350 pounds, and I lost 150 pounds with Weight Watchers. Afterward, I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes in 2006, and losing the additional 70 pounds was a struggle. Now, I've been on Ozempic for 26 weeks and I've lost 30 pounds. My A1C was 14...off the charts, and now it is currently 6.9, the lowest it has been in over 18 years, and I've gone from 7 Injections total of short and long-acting Insulin, to only taking Jardiance daily and Ozempic once a week. I'm so thankful that my Insurance pays for the Medication. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats 🎊🍾 I was informed by my primary care doctor that I need to lose 45lbs due to health purposes, age and height. I’m over weight. I had lost 36lbs in 2019 and kept it off, however our son was murdered, the my mom passed. So grief took a toll and still is, however I need this weight gone. Pray for me 🙏🏽

I have my own (Jasmon she says I spelled her name wrong) she was a great athlete played basketball from age 6 until college before her freshman college year she was diagnosed with PCOS she started gaining weight and couldn’t lose it. I started taking semiglutide and lost 20 lb in about 2 months and thought she would benefit it wasn’t until your video that I put it together with the pcos. Same. I don’t have PCOS but I got a kidney transplant 5 years ago and have been on prednisone since (and will be for the rest of my life) which has caused insulin resistance . I was always obese but after my transplant I gained 100lbs and no matter how much I exercise and starve myself my weight won’t budge. It’s defeating. I finally got it covered by my insurance and now I can’t fill it anywhere. When I go on the Wegovy subreddit there are people who aren’t even overweight (self proclaimed normal BMI) who are taking it so they won’t feel hungry and it makes me so angry. I’m certain that I could get my doctor to make a convincing argument to the insurance company to cover Ozempic given how much my A1C has increased and the fact that long term steroid use AND kidney transplants both put a person at high risk for developing diabetes, but I don’t have diabetes or even pre diabetes and I’m being responsible and staying in my lane.
Novo Nordisk needs to get their sht together because come next year I’m ditching my Wegovy script and moving to Zepbound if this is still an issue. I expect plenty will follow suit.

I am seriously going to ask to check if i have PCOS the next time I see my Endo. I have type 1 and insurance didn't approve the first 2 times I was subscribed and my Endo said she was not going to take no for an answer--- she figured out a way and it was finally approved

Same here with higher doses of wegovy .because I was at the weight loss clinic on higher doses of semiglutide compound, the dr was able to start me on 1.7 mg of wegovy that’s how I was able to get by the wegovy shortage. Most of the compound pharmacies use b12 or some kind of far burner in the compound semaglutide. I do know that norvo has a couple lawsuits out there against online compound pharmacies. For constipation I use chia water I soak chia seeds in 16 ounces of coconut water I drink it through the day and it keeps me regular. Apple cider vinegar also keeps me regular. Semiglutide/wegovy silenced my food noise as well

You started at 1.7mg? I started at .25, and it did nothing.

@@billydee1879 I started the semiglutide compound at .25. and was at 1.50 mg when my insurance approved Wegovy. when I switched over to Wegovy I went straight to 1.7 since it basically the same thing and I was already using the 1.50 semiglutide compound. hope that makes sense. When I was on the lower does I had to change my diet and I was walking 4-5 days per week.

Exactly so many celebrities and influencers are taking these drugs injections and lying about it.
It’s important to be transparent. I know of influencers who lives in Dubai both her and her sister suddenly became so skinny and I asked her if she did Ozampic but she said no that she just has been eating healthy and working out but my heart is telling she is lying

just prescribed wegovy and my labs are the same as yours and yes PCOS and all that. I have lost 80-60 lbs every five years since having kids but that is a struggle like an unsustainable lifestyle of gym everyday or twice a day and hitting it hard and a very limited diet. i had done phen fen back in the day. I'm excited to try this and yes i will change my sedentary lifestyle but hard to be motivated when you are fatigued all the time. hopein the vita D & B12 will help with that also. I also have empty sella syndrome from a benign pituitary tumor years ago. Age 53 and even with PCOS i have always had a regular period and still have it. no signs of menopause here lol

I think I read somewhere it’s better to do one day only cardio and the next weighs lifting for weight loss.
I started doing that recently while before I used to do 50 and 50 in the same day.

I'm in a little bit of a similar situation as you were with the weight going up and down and then way up and now struggling with the food noise, no self control, heavy sugar addiction. I am diabetic so I gave insulin resistance. I've gained 40+lbs in the last year and a half and i am devastated. I thought I was going to start ozempic this month and my insurance will not cover it at all and i can't afford to pay out of pocket. So, NY doctor says phentermine is an option. I'm very hesitant about it and more fearful of gaining the weight back after going off medication. It's either that, or I'm completely on my own.
