Wow, that rock looks crispy. I've climbed suspect alpine rock before, but that's an entirely new level of choss! I can't imagine leading a pitch that steep on rock that bad. Impressive journey!

#1 on my bucket list! Been to Lloyd Mackay hut, absolutely stunning location, cant wait to go back and climb Mt Alberta or ski tour North Twin!! I see your Sunwapta river crossing sucked lol; definitely the worst part haha!

Hi Eli. Great video. I'm heading to Alberta next month hopefully and have a few questions I'd like to ask about the route, climbing gear, etc. Would you mind answering a few of them? Let me know the best way to contact you or use my email address above. Cheers!

I was not aware of this being a rule in Canada, only US. Will research.

Always an asshole disregarding rules out there. That’s why the fees keep going up.

Meanwhile, Brewster has buses driving up onto the Athabasca Glacier 15 km's to the south. And not to mention the Glacier Overlook platform they blasted into the cliff along the highway.

@@Eeelipclimbsthis is correct, you cannot fly drones in Canada basically. Not in the National Parks or Provincial Parks or over cities or near airport or close to wild life. It’s really alot of dumb rules but this video could get you a $25k fine because it’s in Banff. I’ve created about 500 videos in the Rockies and sadly only get to use the drone in a handful of them.

@@EricTremblayAdventures 10-4. Thanks for the response. This was my findings as well. This summit is actually in Jasper National Park. I am going to leave it up due to the fact that we were at least 15 miles from the nearest person, but I will remember this rule going forward.
