What I love about Erron Black is his aggressive attacking. It feels like cowboy dressed fighter full of stamina, throwing random punches. His moves are not like MMA, and much like a Street Fighter.

I’m a new EB player and I been struggling to get 21212 to work all the time. The other version 211 2+1 works 100%

I got it down pretty fast . Just spam it really fast but make sure you hit the buttons at least 5 times then quickly do “back-forward-O “ and it should be easuer

@AARON AYALA I have, it’s listed on the combo strategy. Amplifying it was not necessary at the beginning. It fits more as a strategy which is.

Keep doing the store by step guides for players exactly like you did with all the other ones. The combos the special moves the KB and FB combos. Who there are good against their strengths and weaknesses all the exact same as you just did.!! Those videos were excellent.

MadDoggGames I love watching them for the excellent content tips tricks and combos they provide. I’d keep doing these until each character is done say a video every 2 weeks and splash in shorter videos of different stuff you wanna do:) keep it up. I watch them all!!!

I usd to think these guides weren't helpful as thwy were centered around one combo but after ACTUALLY watching one I've learnt so much on actually executing multiple combos. Some of these i only take parts of it but it's helping my gameplay tremendously. Thanks

This helped alot, thanks! The timing is tricky, but for me what helped alot was pacing my B F 4 during the 21212 combo instead of trying to do it really fast during the 4th overhead hit. My previous home brew combos didn't peak 25, having this 0 resource one in there will help alot :)

For the people struggling with both methods, the way i managed to do it consistently is pressing 2 and then spam 1212, lmk if this works out

Putting his repeater away is the hardest thing for me i can't seem to do it and when I do its too late also I can't find cattle toss in my move list (update) got cattletoss i just need to experiment with the timing thanks for the vid

Guys follow his second method if you're struggling with the on the shot move. Just do 211(make sure to press the 11 really quick) then press 1 and 2 at the exact same time

oh, also how do you manage to get such smooth combos? i can't input any moves after, say, keep em honest, i am completely unable to do the keep em honest into rattlesnake slide.
i know the videos a little old now but after b3 with the gun out you can actually press 2 and hold up also to get some extra damage before f32 bf3

Question: What technique do you use to get the 21212 consistent? I have to use my 2 fingers in a claw or use my off hand to use the buttons

yo Mate, I'm kinda new to the game and it's my first mk...you maybe have an idea why my comb doesn't proc at the ->×,∆ part? i put away the gun and in the tutorial it shows me I pressed the buttons properly but it doesn't work, most of the times it gets treated as ->∆ only... what am I doing wrong?:(
I cant do the 21212 part, when press it, the enemy is out if range, it there something else I am supposed to combo with the 21212.
I can’t get the combo to continue after stock bop it’s like the damage resets but I can do it fine with the rising stock move. I can’t do stock bop any faster though after 21212 into locked and loaded

Any tips with the timing on putting the repeater away?
What's the timing for holding up to put rifle away after boop? I find I'm holding too long and jumping or not enough and the rifle stays out. Any suggestions on getting that part of the combo smooth?

Hello, thanks for the high quality video! I've been trying to do his starter, but like you said it's giving me trouble. I can get the combo, the 211212 or whatever, to come out (better with the 1+2 method), but I can't seem to special cancel it into anything! I also tried the first method of doing that starter (the version you prefer) and I still can't special cancel it. Help pleaseeee!
...and immediately after I posted this comment I got it to cancel, but I still have trouble doing it consistently. It feels like I'm just mashing lol. Any suggestions for how to do it consistently? Like visual cues or something?
As long as you can do 21212 consistently the only difference now is knowing how to cancel Back Forward 4 during the animation of 21212. In the video I did show the timing of that cancel. Look closely, I mention doing back forward 4 slightly before the first overhead. Erron Black does 2 overhead, I start pressing right before the first overhead. The video does break the timing down and shows visual cues. 4:10

If you’re wondering what the highest damage bread and butter with customs now is, after the stock drop cancel, you can do 21212 into combo ended (special move of your choosing) but for max damage it’s 21212 (cancel to bf4) d3 (hold up cancel) and then a well timed b222 into either acid pour or cattle toss

How do I get those variations? i go to kustomize and the only similar thing I see are the special move slots that I can change, I dont see any variations containing 52 pickup

What I like to do is at the start i go in the enemy's direction and spam the red circle button.
How do you quickly disable shotgun in the middle of the combo?
By pressing down 3 or up depending if you want it to bounce the opponent or not.
I really tried learning Erron Black, but his slow frames and abysmal range lose out to Scorpion (the only other character in KL) and it's got to the point i've dropped the game. 94% of the time, he never does that slide for me and i'm just so... tired.

I literally can’t do the on the shoot like I’m on pc and have a PS4 controller hooked up and the only way I can do it is if I turn my control and spam 21 with my index and middle I can do every other move he has except this one for some reason

Just got to have fast fingers, just get the muscle memory of the move down and you’ll be able to do it faster and faster with practice

cool character, the timing and inputs for this character are way too much work for me though. Holding up after back-forward-4 is SOOOOO annoying, just can't get the timing right.
