4:16 it is punishable. There's a gap for the last fireball. You crouch block the first two fireballs, neutral duck the third, and whiff punish. You can always use a poke to interrupt straight fireballs after any string Liu does but I'll often let it rock so I can get the punish.

I just got back in to MK after the last MK game I was playing was MK trilogy. Got to say I am enjoying learning inserting special moves with combos etc. When I was really good it was really just special moves and finishers that made the game what it was compared to today. Anyway I have started up with XL to get back in the game. It’s really fun.
Very fitting a double rank up match played on the tournament stage also I feel super was a little toxic in his earlier videos but he seems to have chilled out recently and I appreciate that, good video man💯
For future matches against this variation of Lui Kang you can also jump the low tele, mid tele and the overhead but it's a tight jump and not fj or bj just a high jump

I actually made it to Demi-God this season too! 😊 Its the highest I've ever been in Kombat League! I had a few nice people help me and give me tips and I made it all the way to Demi-God using Joker 98% of the time 😊❤

I remember being demigod for like 30 minutes before I got greedy and lost it. I have yet to recover it. Mostly because I keep getting bodied by Sub, Jacqui, and Joker mains. I’m a Baraka main. Getting to Demigod was a nightmare and I don’t see myself getting it back anytime soon.
