You're a life saver!! This totally worked!!
For anyone wondering what I did:
1) replace ram
2) hold power button for 25 seconds
3) replace battery
4) replace power-charging wall plug
5) turn on and enjoy!!
Hi, i did that and its not working too it turns on for few seconds then off with no screen then beeping forever do you know why?

What if you've done all of those steps and you've tried various different RAM sticks and both of the slots??? I still get to beeps

After you've re-seated or changed the ram modules, with the battery removed and disconnected from the charger cable, press the power button for around 10 -15 seconds to get rid of any remaining power stored in the capacitors on the motherboard. Finally connect the battery back, then the charger cable and turn on the laptop one more time.
If it does not work, try it again a few more times.
If after a few more times it still does not work and you are sure the ram modules are working fine. I would say what is failing is/are the ram socket(s) on the motherboard. In that case the solution is to replace the motherboard.....

Opened the laptop. removed ram. Fuxed the problem with screen. Decided to check if it works without assembling it back. Poped in the battery and power button. It beeps 2 times. Wtf.... oh yeah.. forgot the ram

I changed my laptop HDD then these beep come so how I solved this issue kindly help me out because I want to use other HDD due to space issue in my last HDD thanks
For me to just move the ram to another slot it worked!!

Constant beep normally means a bad motherboard. I would try removing/disconnecting the battery (if posible), unplug the charger and press the power button for 15-20 secs, then connect the charger and turn it on. If that does not work, you may need to replace the motherboard. :/

Hi, I have a Lenovo ideapad slim 3. It boots fine, but starts beeping twice at start-up and keeps beeping throughout while it is on. What do you think might be the issue?

Once the Cmos battery is replaced or added, it should save the Bios configs you make.
