basically, the cop’s daughter was being bullied by the other teen girls shown in the clip. they used to be friends but for some reason switched up and the cop’s daughter attempted to commit suicide, the cop was the one who found her in her room unconscious. the cop and her husband had no idea any of this was happening until the girl who attempted woke up in the hospital and told them. and basically the cop blames the other girls for essentially almost killing her daughter, and showed up to a houseparty they were having and arrested her for possession of drugs if i recall correctly(as shown at the end of the clip). show is called 9-1-1 and this was s1 e3 or 4
