One of the biggest things I want out of the new map is for it to feel lived in. FH3 had homes and driveways you could pull into and see people on their porches. And those people would snap pictures of your car as you drove by. That game had gas stations and all that too.
If the next game is set in Japan, I personally think more technical roads, for example, togue-style with sharper turns and steep drops could provide a much more risky and exciting drive.

They should not, it's about the rarity not about the type of car. Unless you want al real life expensive cars too be expensive in the game as well, which would suck.

Totally agree with needing a city to mix things up. With regard to the economy you raise some good and bad points. It should definitely be more realistic. A slider for traffic frequency would be nice, because I want different volumes of traffic for different things I'm doing. Realistic traffic could be extremely annoying at times, while at other times it might be just what I'm looking for.
This is where different map areas come in to play though. You can have the built-up city with heavy traffic density, and the middle-of-nowhere sticks with minimal traffic. Traffic density can be entirely built around the environment, which can create different areas for enjoying different things.
One thing that I want the most is a coastal, European city, not a bland Mexican desert, coastal European cities are advanced, open and have great lighting, everyone loved Horizon 2 for that matter
All I care for racing games are 3 things! -Good Map -Thin Roads (which are likely never gonna happen in Forza Horizon... it's just so disappointing to see a hyper-realistic game be ruined by roads, driving a Lambo at 200mph+ seems boring since it feels a little slow) -Good interior dynamics. (Thing like actually being able to move your camera UP AND DOWN, having 900 degree steering etc.)
For me they should rework the festival playlist because I don't want to pay $25 just for 4 cars. It shouldn't be online because poor children can't pay for it.
Controversial opinion, fh6 should have multiple maps, including revamped old maps, and new ones like tokyo, i get it would make servers smaller and they would probably make it dlc, i feel like it is the only way to make everyone including me happy.
I think the population to behave according to your popularity could be an amazing satisfying thing Like when you’re new they don’t give af but once you beat the let’s say final boss people are all fan of you and they respect you whenever you re just driving around or you’re in a race
This version of the auction house is truly the worst. People shouldn’t be able to sell cars for 20 million just because they have a legend tuner or painter rank. If they can sell a car for 20 million everyone else should. Plus good luck getting a rare car on the auction house because people spend their whole lives there waiting to buy cars just to sell them for more. Would rather it removed honestly.
As someone that lives in Mexico, i will say they are very much going for the whole Baja vibe. Baja California is very flat and just desert. The rest of the map was very similar to Jalisco in some ways. Flat valleys of desert/shrubs and few trees. Honestly, i think they could of done much more with the map, but they dropped the ball on that one.
That's my number one-most requested feature: "no car left behind". Don't hold back any cars and recycle them as time-limited content. Time-limited content and "come and go" mechanics seriously need to die. Make it like where in the Festival Playlist, once you complete the target for that particular car, you get a free reward car, but when the week ends, it gets added to the Autoshow.
To fix the economy in the game they need to make the playlist cars always obtainable, just locked behind getting the points to get them. Doesn’t matter if it’s season 1 or season 25, we should be able to go back and complete those challenges and get any cars we may have missed. Keeps ongoing content in the game instead of a 1 week time limit. That’ll keep cars from getting up to 20 million and allow cars that are already expensive in the game to stay relative to their price range in the market. It should feel like an accomplishment to get the faster more expensive cars, and it’s way too easy to rack up millions of credits to get whatever you want in the first couple hours of the games. Needs to be a little more grindy but not overdone to where it becomes a chore to earn the rewards. It sucks that like an iconic car like a 70 charger for example has always been so easy to obtain that it’s no longer satisfying having it in your garage no matter what game it is. We can’t go into FH6 now and desire to get it now because it’s just been handed to us basically each game.
Better Engine Sound, something all games seem to lack is the real raw sound of the car engines. It will contribute to the feeling of the power of the cars.
they really should take inspiration from midnight club 2, the one where you race savo. it starts easy (compared to the other races) and then becomes CRAZY HARD. but considering forza is a more laid back game, i doubt they will bother.
The low traffic density makes sense. At least for the countrysite. This is a not so densely populated country. They will ditch hopefully xbox one support in the next gen. I played FH5 on xbone (no x, no s) and the framerate dropped fairly in the city.
I wholeheartedly agree. The game's lack of diversity is the primary reason I decided to stop playing the tiltle in favor of FH4. In addition to your observations, I'd like to highlight: -The absence of everyday vehicles -The lack of aesthetic mods for EACH car -The apparent necessity to choose specific types of engine upgrades, tires, etc. -The handling of the entire sound aspect (particularly for JDMs) -The overly restricted wrapping system
I think adding some kind of order to the story would help too. Currently I could completely unlock a festival by only doing the first part of the story to place the site down then grinding accolades from other festivals. The same with the story quests where you could do the first one then complete a completely different story line then going back to the original. Makes the game lack fluidity to the narrative
I played the first Forza game when it was like a promotional item for Xbox probably like 2 decades ago or some sheet and haven’t played anything else until Horizon 4 and was BLOWN AWAY by how good it is. Plus I literally live like a 25 minute drive away from Derwent Reservoir IRL, so that kinda tripped me out as one section of map felt WAY TOO SIMILAR 😅 I’ve got Horizon 5 in the Christmas sale on Xbox because it was like £20 for the ultimate edition and I’m so excited to play it once I’m done with 4 because the Hot Wheels stuff looks interesting despite obvious technical limitations (Draw/render distance) and the location in this one apparently sucks (Mexican desert) but I would appreciate another British themed map because I noticed how rare that is in games (I’m British and was confused why cars were on the left) 💀💀💀
another thing or whatever i want to have removed or atleast it being a feature is having the ability to turn on ghost mode when playing against online players because its a real pain when sum kid rams you into a wall and costs you the race, but the feature should be that the player can descide if they want ghost mode only for themselves and not for every person in game
the only thing I agree with you it's It should have an ending, the rest... man have you ever been in latam it's like that, it's a good way to recognice it
Cities incorporating suburbs, shopping centers, gas stations, parking lots, storefronts...pretty much real life areas. I don't want to drive out of a city just to land two seconds later in rural country for the rest of the map.
I want all the cars from all the game. I like all 4 seasons. I think 4 was my favorite. I think the game traffic should be a custom option. You can choose from no to packed. An online PC open world would be the way to go all games maps zones and cars
Uuhh. The reason turn 10 has so little traffic in horizon 5. Is because. And say it with me. WE THE COMMUNITY DONT WANT TRAFFIC IN THE WAY WHEN WE RACE ON THE MAP. Preferably we’d like the option to turn traffic on and off. But even with the minimum amount of traffic in 5 people still hit the damn things when racing around with friends and it gets annoying
2:18 idk how but for the taycan you picked the cars that were gifted to everybody so of course they will be valued lower. also most autoshow cars will be cheaper in the auction house well because if they were more expensive than just get one from the autoshow. the fiat and delorean were so expensive because they are difficult to get in game as they are festival playlist cars that only appear once in a blue moon therefore being rare costing more money. so i present the concept of supply and demand. still like your videos
i think to solve this issue, add the returning or new to forza car in the autoshow 3 months later or something so if you missed it you can get it for a decent price later. it rewards active players by getting it first but you can wait if you want and removes fomo
Something that's really important to me is that cars should have a variety of different aero and appearance parts, and most if not all of them should be adjustable. It kills me to put the hideous forza aero parts on my beautiful cars just so I can adjust the aero.
No. No more traffic cars. In the single player you should be able to adjust the amount of traffic (off, low, medium, high, rush hour) but right now it feels good
i was so happy i got my g923 wheel. wanted to get lost in fh5. but after practicing over and over again. i could not get the hang of it. the drifting was so strange. racing was no bad. i went to assetto corsa and after 4 hours i could drift. came back to forza even on realisim settings i still could not. multiple tunes and all
i love guanajuato, it just doesn't have an alternative big city that could go along with it somewhere else on the map. the fh5 map would have been a lot better if both "ancient" and modern infrastructure were 50/50 (such as guanajuato as the ancient and mexico city as the modern) so that players could simply switch it up and go to either one if they got bored.
Here’s what I think: have more realistic sounds for engines turbos and superchargers (fh5 supercharger sounds like a kid saying EEEEEEEE in a high voice the one from fh3 was better just wish I could head it more) fair auction prices, a way you could choose the songs you want to be skill songs, and more drag races. I’d also like more smoke from burnouts and drifts
Forza Horizon 5 severely misrepresents Mexico. States like Baja California look a lot like the FH5 map. But Mexico has actual cities, like Mexico City, which is huge, even though it's on top of a mountain range. And several states like Yucatan and Campeche are made up of thick rainforests.
So I hardly played this game until few weeks back. In free roam I actually would love to see cops added.. maybe more mountain terrain and bring in the ability to go overlanding with very difficult trails
If they wanted to make the map as realistic as possible, they should mix modern and ancient elements. You can see how the most beautiful cities have developed over time.
I want full customization for FH6. Not just Forza Aero for some cars, and splitter and stuff, in depth stuff. No bodykit? Overfenders. Drift cars? Trunk customization, possibilities to add flags on your roof or maybe some hood exits. Professional race cars? Pikes Peak bodykits? And more cars that don’t need to be unlocked via challenges or the Forzashop. For example, the new GR86.
I already cant drift in the tunnels without hitting 5 traffic cars. I think they should add more but also add the option to remove them all or something.
We need some more traffic in the game fr it feels like 20 people live there😂😂 it’s good for top speed runs sure but it’d be cool to chop through traffic as well
having the map based in Harbin - china, it has cities and bountiful lakes and sites. plus more country type vehicles. and more cars like so we can recreate assetto Corsa
I would like to see more customizations like a million choice to really make your custom cars. I would love to see a lot more and much realistic camera shake for the cars because it just feels slow if you don't go more than 400km/h. 360 degree steering wheel and much more life with a big city like Japan. I would love to drive around in a neon city like Japan.
Why would they add so much traffic? You then wouldn’t be able to even have the option to hit top speed. What sure is worse than “empty traffic” is not even being able to move past 60 MPH feeling like I’m in a traffic jam on a video game. Adjustable would be maybe more of a deal.
It's about collecting the cars, the rarest are more expensive. There is nothing wrong with the economy, if the real life expensive cars where expensive in game it would suck. Also the Trueno is also expensive in FH4
We need Gas Stations , and Stoplights because Mexico doesn’t have those and maybe different garages one for paint shop another for rim shop , another for performance and maybe Car Dealerships for different brands that we can drive to , add a Car Dyno
Great Video I agree with everything. Another point for me is that races are pretty much useless. Yes its meant to be an open world game, but the whole story is about you beeing a racer and racing in different terrains. The problem is that you don‘t get any money or XP from normal races. Instead everyone is using glitches to get money wich works but is boring. They should add that you get a few 100k per race or something like that, the money earning system in forza just makes no sense
we need more non-widebody customization in FH6. It's annoying when there's cars but the only customization options are ugly, generic Rocket Bunny kits.. cough cough R32 GTR, 92 NSX, Z33.. cough cough
Forza should focus more on details. Like traffic cars shouldn't drive the same speed in both fast and slow lanes, and traffic should merge more from different lanes to make the game feel more realistic. And how about use different traffic cars, rather than taking the same traffic vehicles from the last forza and add it to the new. How about add the feature like on gta. When you're in first person and look behind you, you're looking through the back window and can see the backseats too. It would be cool to look back in first person and look through the back window. Idk more detailed and realistic things would be cool.
I somewhat agree with your opinions on the map. While I like the map feeling "old-fashioned", a bigger city (and potentially an additional smaller city or town) would be very nice. The "old-fashioned" feel of the map feels more Mexico, since they don't seem to have as much of an obsession with modern design as other countries do. And about the traffic, I MUCH prefer the lack of traffic. It makes it easier to fly down the highway and complete PR stunts without having traffic popping up out of nowhere. I still don't get the hate on FH5 to this day. Yeah it was pretty bad in the first half of its life, but the devs are (mostly) listening to the community and bringing life back into the game.
main thing imo is making it harder to progress. Its ass playing the game for 1 hour and you've got lambos, mclarens, etc. Feels like the grinding aspect doesn't even exist
One of the biggest things I want out of the new map is for it to feel lived in. FH3 had homes and driveways you could pull into and see people on their porches. And those people would snap pictures of your car as you drove by. That game had gas stations and all that too.

Beating Darius Flynt way back in fh1 gave me more satisfaction than having then when i had 100,000,000 credits in fh5
I watch, like and comment on all of these videos so the devs might see them and because I like them
Better Engine Sound, something all games seem to lack is the real raw sound of the car engines. It will contribute to the feeling of the power of the cars.
Crew motorfest
they really should take inspiration from midnight club 2, the one where you race savo. it starts easy (compared to the other races) and then becomes CRAZY HARD. but considering forza is a more laid back game, i doubt they will bother.
The low traffic density makes sense. At least for the countrysite. This is a not so densely populated country. They will ditch hopefully xbox one support in the next gen. I played FH5 on xbone (no x, no s) and the framerate dropped fairly in the city.
Yeah there's not gonna be support for 8th gen on FH6, those consoles are outdated as hell lol.
i would love to be able to turn off the challenge driver icon it makes cruising and minigames so annoying
I wholeheartedly agree. The game's lack of diversity is the primary reason I decided to stop playing the tiltle in favor of FH4.
In addition to your observations, I'd like to highlight:
-The absence of everyday vehicles
-The lack of aesthetic mods for EACH car
-The apparent necessity to choose specific types of engine upgrades, tires, etc.
-The handling of the entire sound aspect (particularly for JDMs)
-The overly restricted wrapping system
I think adding some kind of order to the story would help too. Currently I could completely unlock a festival by only doing the first part of the story to place the site down then grinding accolades from other festivals. The same with the story quests where you could do the first one then complete a completely different story line then going back to the original. Makes the game lack fluidity to the narrative
“Terrible economy” as he searches the auction house… seems legit i guess
I don’t “feel” like FH6 is in development. Do you not get the feeling that FH5 has a lot left on the bone in the eyes of Playground Games
Horizon 3 was a blast man, i still have it installed even tho i can have 5 too, idk, Forza doesn't feel the same anymore...
Get Forza Horizon 3, it's insane
another thing or whatever i want to have removed or atleast it being a feature is having the ability to turn on ghost mode when playing against online players because its a real pain when sum kid rams you into a wall and costs you the race, but the feature should be that the player can descide if they want ghost mode only for themselves and not for every person in game
the only thing I agree with you it's It should have an ending, the rest... man have you ever been in latam it's like that, it's a good way to recognice it
Cities incorporating suburbs, shopping centers, gas stations, parking lots, storefronts...pretty much real life areas. I don't want to drive out of a city just to land two seconds later in rural country for the rest of the map.
Forza Horizon 6 we want JDM Culture & Japan map & JDM storyline 🙌dlc 1 anime 🙌dlc 2 any island from japan side 🙌
Great idea! They could even have different settings. On/off low, medium and high
Am I the only one who doesn't understand why the algorithm doesn't hit his channel?
No. No more traffic cars. In the single player you should be able to adjust the amount of traffic (off, low, medium, high, rush hour) but right now it feels good
Knowing Turn 10, they'll probably add everything here and then some, then cover it up with the "built from the ground up" card
i was so happy i got my g923 wheel. wanted to get lost in fh5. but after practicing over and over again. i could not get the hang of it. the drifting was so strange. racing was no bad. i went to assetto corsa and after 4 hours i could drift. came back to forza even on realisim settings i still could not. multiple tunes and all
i love guanajuato, it just doesn't have an alternative big city that could go along with it somewhere else on the map. the fh5 map would have been a lot better if both "ancient" and modern infrastructure were 50/50 (such as guanajuato as the ancient and mexico city as the modern) so that players could simply switch it up and go to either one if they got bored.
How does someone speak TH-camr this hard. I would be exhausted after a 60 second irl conversation with this guy lol
I just want a game called “Motorsport” where you start as a 16yr old and pick which path you want to go down like moto gp f1 and rally
I just want to be able to bring my cars into forza five or else that grinding for A MONTH just to get a gt black series was pointless
If they wanted to make the map as realistic as possible, they should mix modern and ancient elements. You can see how the most beautiful cities have developed over time.
I remember FH3 has a feature where you could have horn at the npcs and they would follow you that was fun
Ah Forza Horizon 6: Mistakes we will see returning.
For example, the new GR86.
i just wanna be able to make actual drag cars with like 2000+ hp and actual working drag chutes
Bring back the old cinematics too. Forza 5 feels old looking at it compared to 2 which is bonkers.
honestly they need to go back to fh1 that game was amazing
I already cant drift in the tunnels without hitting 5 traffic cars. I think they should add more but also add the option to remove them all or something.
We need some more traffic in the game fr it feels like 20 people live there😂😂 it’s good for top speed runs sure but it’d be cool to chop through traffic as well
having the map based in Harbin - china, it has cities and bountiful lakes and sites. plus more country type vehicles. and more cars like so we can recreate assetto Corsa
Fh5 had a rally dlc for a game that had a lot of off road map...
Guanjato is real, there are pole lights and horizon festival feels modern
FH3 was my fav
It's about collecting the cars, the rarest are more expensive. There is nothing wrong with the economy, if the real life expensive cars where expensive in game it would suck. Also the Trueno is also expensive in FH4
We need Gas Stations , and Stoplights because Mexico doesn’t have those and maybe different garages one for paint shop another for rim shop , another for performance and maybe Car Dealerships for different brands that we can drive to , add a Car Dyno
Thanks for speaking on our behalf.
i want the slower cars to feel more engaging to drive
exactly, in gran turismo i can drive a stock mazda 6 and have fun for hours. but in forza a 1000hp car can become boring quick (imo)
The AE86 is the most beautiful car, it’s also extremely rare irl
Only thing i want to be happy is remastered and expanded forza horizon 3 australia map in forza horizon 6 , its too beatiful
Honestly this is kind of a small detail but i wish they had a smooth shift animation and your character pulling the handbrake like in horizon 2
one thing I'd love to have in fh6 is thinner roads. it's just not that fun to drive on stupidly wide roads
”Everything feels so dry and dead” Well that is because you’re driving when it is the dry season!
we need more non-widebody customization in FH6. It's annoying when there's cars but the only customization options are ugly, generic Rocket Bunny kits.. cough cough R32 GTR, 92 NSX, Z33.. cough cough
No more stupid exhaust flames 🔥 pleeeeaaase 🙏🏼
At least make an option for them (flames / no flames )
