Autobahns aren't that much wider, they're basically the same as UK motorways - Honestly I feel like the Autobahn could possible be narrower than FH5's current highway 🤔 Also if people want more/wider lanes, surely the USA is a better shout? American highways are super wide with a bunch of lanes
@@YuwanThayakaran look at the roads of FH2, they are very wide compared to the IRL places, they are barely 2 (big) cars wide. Which would be cool. So wide roads should stick to North America, i agree
@@YuwanThayakaranThat is a good point, but aren’t US highways about 4-5 lanes just like the Autobahn? They might be wider in the US, but the amount of lanes stays the same. I don't know where the rumor came from, but there will not be a final Forza Horizon game any time soon. They could do Japan twice over and they still won't be in the final game
As a czech myself, I'd like it to be set in the Czech Republic. However, ive noticed that the last 4 forza horizons, and probably the next ones. With that being said, I feel that it may be possible to have it in the western Balkans, with Slovenia, Croatia, Montengro, Bosnia and Greece. This is just my favourite option, I doubt it'd happen though. Its either that or Northern Africa.
According to your theory about the forza Motorsport showcase tracks, and the forza horizon settings, the game won’t be set in japan because the first race you do in forza Motorsport is in japan
Wherever FH6 is, it better have a big lively city like Surfers Paradise and hopefully a little town like the one in FH3 I forget the name of. Maybe some other mini towns or shops spread around too. The empty map just gets so boring very quickly.
Hear me out: Romania. It has the Transfăgărășan, Motorways. You could put brasov as the main city since its a mix of new, communist and older architecture.
Romania is a really good country. I just love the mountains and forests. And the culture is awesome! The problem with fh5 is that the map is too flat and soulless, the fh4 map was so perfect, so we can hope for Romania
Well for me I would really love a location between Germany and Switzerland, so you can go to the alps, have mountain roads with 180 degree Curves, also going to the countryside, Germanic architecture, also it featuring cities like Geneva or Stuttgart
I think that Scandinavia or the Baltics would be a really good spot. The fastest car in for a horizon 5 was made in Sweden. It’s has good culture in car and In general and it’s got good scenery.
It would be lovely if FH6 was going to take place in Iran. There is beautiful landscape (basically you have a piece of every type of nature) and also great car culture in the country.
I'd love to blast down the A1, and maybe they could even include a city as big as Zagreb, honestly never knew why not, you wouldn't have to downscale it that much.
Brazil is actually very different geographically to mexico tbh, Mexico is way more mountainous and arid, brazil has mountains, sure but it's actually fairly flat all things considered. Brazil also has the amazon rainforest which has some of the most unique and diverse fauna on the planet with a very big river system. Personally I feel like Chile would be a sick location for a forza game, you have massive mountains, dry desert (but like with big mountains and salt lakes), a temperate climate with a big city and then it gets colder down south with Patagonia which is just beautiful. Other than Chile some of my favourite looking countries / places would have to be Norway, China, New Zealand, Italy, the balkans (Slovenia down to Greece), Turkey, Georgia, Nepal, India, Peru, USA, Japan, Indonesia, Colombia, and the Iberian Peninsula (including the azores)
honestly what we need in a horizon game is attention detail. Im talking parking lots, gas stations, actual cities with alleyways and little design quirks that youd see in whatever country they choose to base the game in. Motorfest, in its flaws, THRASHES horizon, and it has boats and planes at the same time. Having proper full steering animations, little animations like adjusting mirrors that might play randomly would make the game feel so much more alive. They also need to properly implement driving modes and convertibles, since they half assed it in FH5. For a game that likely wont be on consoles that came before the series X, they have no excuses to keep using ancient car models (such as the S15). Car sounds still somehow need improvements (im looking at you, rotary swap.) A personal improvement is if they did away with the mindless fucking grind that is modern forzathon. The way they did it in FH3 was infinitely superior. They can still have the fomo and returning playerbase, and add in the eventlab stuff, but without taking up the time of people who actually have to work full time jobs and cant complete them without wasting their week on just forza.
Honestly, people don’t want it to be in japan just because it’s so highly requested, Japan is a great place to have FH6 because of the diverse car culture and the overall beauty of the landscape.
I would have liked a Horizon game somewhere like Sweden in winter in the snow, but with the seasons in 4, it’s not really a special idea anymore. I wish they’d just went with the Autumn theme for the UK.
I feel like another good reason why it won't be in japan is because it's been hyped up so much that the devs know we'll be disappointed no matter what they deliver
I know it will never happen, and it might seem kinda weird to someone not from the area. But Dallas-Ft Worth would be cool in an underground street racing sense. The huge urban sprawl similar to los Angeles with long stretches of interstates, plenty of industrial back streets empty at night and outside the metro being pure rural areas specifically north between McKinney and the Oklahoma border for off-road scaled down of course. Only thing it lacks is elevation changes.
I'm I the only person that wants Forza Horizon 6 to be set at South Africa? The city should be based on Cape Town and Johannesburg. The reason I choose South Africa because of the car culture, land and landmarks and also I live in Cape Town which is biased.

Imagine driving in TLV or Jerusalem or the Jordan valley :)
They should do Venezuela they have incredible beaches, cities, tropical forest, mountains, snow, and desert, and be able to see the Angel Falls in the game would be insane!!
They should set it in France. The landscapes in southern france are perfect for a Forza game: from the picturesque coast roads, the legendary alpine roads and the massive flats of the Camargue region. As for big cities you have the legendary Monaco, or the narrow streets of Marseille
I’d personally love my own country of New Zealand. Vibrant and different landscapes and sunny vibes (in the north island) Wellington would be a dope city to see in game form, and NZ isnt really like the rest of the previous locations. Its not like australia, so dont start.
I would love to see a forza horizon game based in my country, Portugal, we have nice landscapes, "nice" roads, really good and filled culture and history, random weather depending where you are, quite a good rally reputation but we dont really have a car history, but it would be very cool
I hope FH6 is set in a south american country like argentina or chile, they both have stunning landmarks, amazing geography with many cool roads, they have jungles, deserts or the pampa and the andes mountains, it would also be a very interesting map because both countries are very long. These countries would be very unique as they also have a rich culture and history with many large cities so hopefully Forza decides to make it in one of these countries.
I'm gonna throw in India as a possible place. If they're gonna do Asia somewhere that place is pretty diverse, they got jungles, himalayas and Thar desert, and they probably have a decent market share there.
Me personally i dont mind seeing monaco in fh6 like the an homage to fh2 i really liked the fh2 map but i liked the fh3 map i would love europe map with more diesel cars but i really think china could be a possibility
i would be happy if it was in any south american country. as a brazilian i can say that our car culture is a mixture of other country car culture, just like our people, we have the old american style with ford maverik gt, ford galaxie/landau, chevrolet opala/caravan, chevrolet omega, we have the small german style like the opel corsa(sold as chevrolet here) about the whay u looked at brazil, u had a look only for rio de janeiro, but we have diff areas, we have like the south of brazil, that has locations called "serras" wich is like mountains with stunning view, or the "Rio Grande do Sul" state with some citys that look like german, and in rio grande do sul can snow sometimes, even thought is difficult.
Thank god he said germany won’t happen. I’ve always thought this because there is no point at all in the autobahn, we already have huge motorways with no laws. That’s essentially what they want
I'm just afraid that playground games is going to do the same thing they did with fh5 - put it in some ass country (sorry mexicans, not personal). Many people speculated fh5 to be set in Japan, and what did they get? Mexico... (again sorry) I just feel like they might do it again and set it in for example Greece (sorry guys from Greece, love your architecture)
PGG is under a different, and much more Competent, Studio Head now. FH5 was made under Mike Brown (who is widely recognised by the Forza Community as being utterly Incompetent!) , FH6 is being made under Torben Ellert (who Directed the Hitman Trilogy before moving to PGG) who seems to know what he is doing, so hopefully 6 will be a Big Improvement. However, do not Expect Japan, there are just too many Hurdles involving Japans Laws and Societal Taboo's for that Location to be anything but a Non Stater IMO.
to rephrase the ‘no japan’ thing so many players keep returning to forza horizon 3 and 2 as their favourite maps from the entire series, simply because the location and map was amazing. Once they release the japan map, if they do a good job, it’ll be as good as the maps get in the eyes of a large portion of the community. they’ll stick with Forza Horizon japan, seeing no point in trying or playing the newer games long term as the japan map is all they really care about. Yes, a lot of the community will stick with current gen games for features, mechanics and visuals, but a lot of the community will just stop at Forza Horizon Japan.
No Forza game will be set in the UAE, far too controversial with their issues with equality. Add on that Playground Games is very inclusive and diverse, the UAE would just be problematic.
If forza horizon 6 was set in japan i would like to see fujimi kaido in it, like the exact same from Motorsport 3,4 it’s going to be crazy, just imagine touge battles in there
I don't wanna entertain myself where the next horizon game will be. I don't think we'll see Canada as a location, and I don't think the developers wanna repeat countries they already did.
Why do I think that Indonesia could be a decent place, It's got banging highway roads splitting through mountains, theres even lots of curvy mountain roads, the main theme could be centered around solidarity and the friends you make since Indonesia sort of already doing that with their tv advertisements and such, and not to mention banging city streets with outskirts that are vast, lush and of course... filled with many automotive communities

Also if people want more/wider lanes, surely the USA is a better shout? American highways are super wide with a bunch of lanes
@@YuwanThayakaran look at the roads of FH2, they are very wide compared to the IRL places, they are barely 2 (big) cars wide. Which would be cool. So wide roads should stick to North America, i agree
@@YuwanThayakaranThat is a good point, but aren’t US highways about 4-5 lanes just like the Autobahn? They might be wider in the US, but the amount of lanes stays the same. However an even bigger shout would be the UAE, over here they have about 6-7 lanes on the main highways that are really wide, the smaller highways that lead into cities and other residential areas are about 4-5 lanes, it would be a great location for people who love huge roads, but as you said, highly unlikely due to the desert setting
Bro its not fuckin opposite day the autobahn is smol boi take it from a german
btw there are very very very very few parts where the speed limit doesnt exist, most places u gotta go like 100 or 120 kph
So please do actual research instead of just assuming some random shit which no one ever said
@@FarisMirghani i, a german, have NEVER seen any part of the autobahn with more than 3 lanes, and i drive a LOT
duabi, japan, new york all good places for another fh5 game
Scandinavia in general would be a cool place for the next game ngl
pacific north west would be awesome to see in fh6
germany has beautyful landscapes wth cliffs, mountains, a sea, rivers and soooo much more man
I don't know where the rumor came from, but there will not be a final Forza Horizon game any time soon.
Its either that or Northern Africa.
chile
According to your theory about the forza Motorsport showcase tracks, and the forza horizon settings, the game won’t be set in japan because the first race you do in forza Motorsport is in japan
It definitely should be Poland
wyścigi drogowe przez świebodzin 😈😈
What the hell even happens in poland 🇺🇲🇺🇲🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
Wherever FH6 is, it better have a big lively city like Surfers Paradise and hopefully a little town like the one in FH3 I forget the name of. Maybe some other mini towns or shops spread around too. The empty map just gets so boring very quickly.
Byron bay maybe??
@@NlN0X yeah Byron bay, thank you
München
Edit: oops i forgot in English its called munich
Hear me out: Romania. It has the Transfăgărășan, Motorways. You could put brasov as the main city since its a mix of new, communist and older architecture.
Imagine the random event: your car get stolen
@@雪狐-c7k oh for God's sake
Romania is poor as shit lol
Romania is a really good country. I just love the mountains and forests. And the culture is awesome! The problem with fh5 is that the map is too flat and soulless, the fh4 map was so perfect, so we can hope for Romania
Lmao@@雪狐-c7k
Well for me I would really love a location between Germany and Switzerland, so you can go to the alps, have mountain roads with 180 degree Curves, also going to the countryside, Germanic architecture, also it featuring cities like Geneva or Stuttgart
I think that Scandinavia or the Baltics would be a really good spot. The fastest car in for a horizon 5 was made in Sweden. It’s has good culture in car and In general and it’s got good scenery.
I think the location for the Forza Horizon 6 is Italy
In my opinion it would be cool if Forza horizon 6 was set on Finland because I live there lol😅
It would be lovely if FH6 was going to take place in Iran.
There is beautiful landscape (basically you have a piece of every type of nature) and also great car culture in the country.
i don't think iran matches Forza's (or rather Microsofts) standards, stuff like homosexuality is a crime there
@@perplexicalThat has nothing to do with a car game my friend.
@@MahanHamilton Well it does actually. Iran would theoretically be a great place, I agree. But from a a politics standpoint, it’d never happen.
@@perplexical What about the cartel and crime in Mexico
@@prodbyelmo That’s a completely different problem mate
I'd love to blast down the A1, and maybe they could even include a city as big as Zagreb, honestly never knew why not, you wouldn't have to downscale it that much.
Ooh, yeah, croatia would be nice
Really good video , i just a diverse and dynamic map for forza to be fun to drive in it !
they should do Canada, THAT would be awesome
washington, beaches, cliffs and it rains so rainstorms, thunderstorms and much more would be so cool, they could even add a simpson dlc LMAO
Car sounds still somehow need improvements (im looking at you, rotary swap.)
A personal improvement is if they did away with the mindless fucking grind that is modern forzathon. The way they did it in FH3 was infinitely superior. They can still have the fomo and returning playerbase, and add in the eventlab stuff, but without taking up the time of people who actually have to work full time jobs and cant complete them without wasting their week on just forza.
The autobahn would be great in Forza, traffic cars would be traveling different speeds in every lane which would be fun as hell to drive with
Imagine pit maneuvering an npc while they're going 250kph and watching them go flying into oncoming traffic with NPC's driving just as fast
In Germany the Autobahn is super straight and has sometimes like 4 lanes per side 👍
I'm I the only person that wants Forza Horizon 6 to be set at South Africa? The city should be based on Cape Town and Johannesburg. The reason I choose South Africa because of the car culture, land and landmarks and also I live in Cape Town which is biased.
Don't forget about the gusheshe
Honestly I hope we see Japan, Sweden and Greece in the next few games
We will never see Japan

I'd love to see a Forza game in New Zealand or Malaysia 🤝🏻
Still waiting for an FH game in California. Imagine having LA on one side of the map and then a version of Yosemite on the other :)
Or maybe Death Valley on another side of the map
I also wanna see them piss off the pro-Palis and set the next game in Israel! Imagine driving in TLV or Jerusalem or the Jordan valley :)
As a Brazilian that have been to mexico, i can say it is very, very different.
It should set in india to test gamers driving skills
They should do Venezuela they have incredible beaches, cities, tropical forest, mountains, snow, and desert, and be able to see the Angel Falls in the game would be insane!!
They should set it in France. The landscapes in southern france are perfect for a Forza game: from the picturesque coast roads, the legendary alpine roads and the massive flats of the Camargue region. As for big cities you have the legendary Monaco, or the narrow streets of Marseille
boy do I have a Forza game for you
Anywhere in Asia would be awesome by me 👍🏼
I want it to take place in sweden honestly. Great landscape and roads and car culture
I’d personally love my own country of New Zealand. Vibrant and different landscapes and sunny vibes (in the north island)
Wellington would be a dope city to see in game form, and NZ isnt really like the rest of the previous locations.
Its not like australia, so dont start.
Not only in Netherlands (also in Germany)😂
I’m honestly late but I think Playground games should come to Texas, we are so diverse in terms of landscape.
1:41 couldn’t have said it better my self!
I know that definitely NOT in India
I was saying the should put it in Monaco in my head when you were talking about japan and the one after was monaco.
i would be happy if it was in any south american country.
as a brazilian i can say that our car culture is a mixture of other country car culture, just like our people, we have the old american style with ford maverik gt, ford galaxie/landau, chevrolet opala/caravan, chevrolet omega, we have the small german style like the opel corsa(sold as chevrolet here)
about the whay u looked at brazil, u had a look only for rio de janeiro, but we have diff areas, we have like the south of brazil, that has locations called "serras" wich is like mountains with stunning view, or the "Rio Grande do Sul" state with some citys that look like german, and in rio grande do sul can snow sometimes, even thought is difficult.
@@simeonyves5940 I didn't know that the studio head changed. If so, then I have much higher hopes for the next game.
@@kaktus8999 Yup, Torben took over with "Midnights at Horizon" , round about when FH5 suddenly found its wheels again!
greece? great.
@@LieberSelbstgespraeche I would be very Happy with Greece as well.
Petition for FH6 to be set in the great country of Ireland 🇮🇪
cali would be nice good city, roads, desert, and houses (they need to add blinkers and a little human movment outside the car (freeroam))
why not austria thera are many highways but also mountains and cities!
Brasil ain’t just rio man, minas gerais, serra gaucha and sao paulo are amazing places that could be featured in forza games
also remember that this next game is new gen only so the map will be MUCH larger as its only gonna be on series S and X and PC
they also refer to fh2 as horizon Europe which would imply that they aren’t going to go to europe again
I dont really care where it is so long as they make the map denser, the roads actually make sense and overall just a better map
My personal picks would be either Canada, Germany, or somewhere in Scandinavia.
to rephrase the ‘no japan’ thing
so many players keep returning to forza horizon 3 and 2 as their favourite maps from the entire series, simply because the location and map was amazing. Once they release the japan map, if they do a good job, it’ll be as good as the maps get in the eyes of a large portion of the community. they’ll stick with Forza Horizon japan, seeing no point in trying or playing the newer games long term as the japan map is all they really care about.
Yes, a lot of the community will stick with current gen games for features, mechanics and visuals, but a lot of the community will just stop at Forza Horizon Japan.
they should just do the whole world
No Forza game will be set in the UAE, far too controversial with their issues with equality. Add on that Playground Games is very inclusive and diverse, the UAE would just be problematic.
What about Israel, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, South Korea, or Ukraine?
@@rabbidcrazy787 Yeah those would be a problem too I'd imagine
Germany: How will they fit in enrichment and city driving bans?
wherever it is, I just hope it's good.
I'd love a game in New Zealand. That would be so cool. Also fh4 should have had a wales expansion imo
I’ve lived in the uae for most my life, incredible cities but no good driving roads and all there is is deserts
realistically, we may get the trailer this year, but the game probably won't come out until next Christmas time 2025
I kinda want FH6 to be set in Taiwan
That would be hella funny to have it alongside with TDU
Germany would honestly be a good location. Its THE car country after all
I think there could be the nurburgring. Just in road version in freeroam and race form in... races
If forza horizon 6 was set in japan i would like to see fujimi kaido in it, like the exact same from Motorsport 3,4 it’s going to be crazy, just imagine touge battles in there
yes and with all those lights and big buildings, imagine your consol (or pc) be on fire
I hope fh6 is in the nordics whit it head city being Stockholm and Helsinki
10:00 castelleto isnt based on monaco. Its actually based on a small town on the almafi coast. Ive been there and it's exactly like fh2.
WE WANT CITYS AND ENDLESS HIGHWAYS SO SICK OF DRIVING AND LOOKING AT TREES
I wish it takes place all over California, especially Los Angeles. I wish.
Never let bro cook again
I dont want an fh6 because the dripfeeding is going to be terrible plus i already have 700+ cars in fh5 and dont want to rebuild that
I think it might be at Singapore or some place that has an underground car community.
Italy near Lake Como would be a perfect spot.
