Phil Collen's awesome guitar playing here can't be understated. I love this song, the vocals, the guitar riffs, just amazing. R.I.P. Steve Clark. Gone but never forgotten. Your contribution to the band whether it be song writing or guitar riffs lives on forever.
One of the few bands I've ever heard that sound better live than in the studio, where everything is real and right then and there. The only magic happening here is what is coming out of one each of them.
This was the first live headlining concert about a year and a half after Steve Clark's death. A teaser for their forthcoming tour for the Adrenalize album. Here, they still sound amazing.
It's really hard to hold back the tears hearing and playing and singing this too because like the band I lost my best friend 5 years ago and now he's up there with Steve :'(
This song makes me cry 😢 I can see the sadness in the band, especially in Joe, I think Steve Clark was reminded because they composed this song when he was alive 🎶😢
Man outstanding. Any band that can play live and sound exactly like the record is phenomenal. Just so awesomeness. Joe's vocal s Phil's solo Rick's drumming man absolutely brilliant.👍
Si, es una obra de arte,, una obra maestra,,, no existe similitud de canciónes como esta,, y en realidad la banda desde sus inicios tienen una cantidad enormes de Temas q son de calidad, temas épicos inigualables,,, es una banda genial
this is real passion. real music. todays "musicians" could never hope to hold a candle to the bands of those days. that's why ever "artist" today are doing samples, remixes and covers of these old classics. plus you'll get some pop ditz do a duet with one these guys and act all proud when they feel they've "outsung" the veteran which is bullshit because everytime one these duets happen the veteran is in his 50s and close to 60 and the ditz is in her/his twenties. if the ditz sang with the veteran and both were in their twenties then the veteran would crush the idiots of today.
My favorite song! Would be awesome if all the guys in Def Leppard gets saved, have all their sins forgiven by the Lord, by faith in the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ!!!

I wish they’d bring back this extended intro, the dueling guitars in Rocket, and the extended outro in Love Bites. Maybe even the medley in the middle of Rock of Ages. Their live show is still fantastic, but a bit too predictable.
xx ✌xx happy new year guys 2023 01/01/ 7:16 am may all your wishes come true......even though mine hasn't......i'm up for another try........here i go again.......hugs x59x my bumblebee 🐝🐝
Curious as to what that really airy guitar effect is at the beginning from Campbell. Sounds like he was playing similar harmonics to what Steve and Phil would do live, but there was a ton of pedals going there that made it sound like a keyboard.
So glad Phil didn’t open up the song with such an annoying, loud solo like he does nowadays...with that said this is probably the best live version of this song I’ve ever heard. This song is just magic and non of today’s music can touch the music that came out of the 70’s, 80’s and early to mid 90’s.
Nobody nowadays has what it takes to pull off a power ballad like this.

Amen. RIP Steve Clark. Gone but never forgotten. Thank you for some good music you left us. ❤️
They don't forget their fallen.
They don't leave their wounded behind.
This is not a band. This is a platoon.
God bless you, Def Leppard. And may you continue to rest in peace, Steve. You will never be forgotten!
I just realized this is on the adrenalize deluxe edition I have it added to my playlist fantastic version
You can see how sad everyone is, especially Phil; R.I.P Clark
God what a loss, and it had to be hard to put the show on with out Steve.
Definitely. Gone but never forgotten. RIP Steve Clark. We love and miss you.

I love the original track, but, the live version is also exceptional.
Love everything about this band. Just wish they still had this sound, live: drums bass, guitar.
They do !!!!
it might be even better now
This song makes me cry 😢 I can see the sadness in the band, especially in Joe, I think Steve Clark was reminded because they composed this song when he was alive 🎶😢

🥀🖤🥀AMAZING PERFORMANCE GUYS🤘🎸
Steve Clark died in January, 1991 so this is really close to that time.
Just a year after
Es increíble lo bien que suena está canción en vivo. Que genial que es ésta banda y canción LPM.

How many months was this after Steve’s death? Everyone seems to still have pain in their eyes during this performance😢
too right especially in joe's
may 1992 just over a year after steve's death and you can tell in joe's singing that he still misses steve
