My god, Tekken 7's character models aren't even doing self-shadowing, and they're also lacking a ton of ambient occlusion leading to this oddly bright, flat look. It looks super dated. UE5 was absolutely the right choice to go with because goddamn.

Compared to females, the male characters in T8 look more detailed and way better. I guess they either went lazy on female characters or they did it by choice. DJin is my favorite design wise among the cast but i only have one complaint regarding the design, its his boots, they are shorter and should have been a bit longer at least.
I like how they improved textures overall. Kuma's and Panda's fur looks better. Paul's new heircut looks amazing. In ny opinion worst change was with android Alisa. Her face looks ugly to me now. Looks like she ate lot of pirogi's after Tekken 7

What?!? Tekken 7 is 900p on Ps4 and 1080p ps4 pro. Its was disaster of image quality. Shimering all over the place. Tekken 8 is 1440p at lowest and native 4k at best. It has dynamic res. And performing Just the same. 60fps locked all the time. Cant have drops bcs its fighting game where attack have specific frames.
