Steam Deck OLED undervolt+underclock to base clock gaming stability test

note: I am using custom fan curve not the stock.
during video you see they perform APU around 10 to 11 Watts. they are efficient

only for Steam Deck OLED. clocks are cclkfmax settings, i set CPU at 2800mhz (default: 3500) and iGPU at 1040mhz (default: 1600)
