Smashing haul Elayne, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis after my breast cancer op last Feb and been put on vitamine D tablets on a high dose and Alendronic Acid tablets as well. I like ballet but have never been to one for years the last one I saw wss Giselle at the Theatre Royal abour 50 odd years ago with school , I also love The Rocky Horror Show ,Ive lost count how many times I've watched the film but never seen a live show..Take care ❤️

Hi Elayne, so pleased for Emma and Jamie, I bet your missing Pippin!❤……when I fractured my vertebrae a few years back when I was 51, The scan showed I was pre osteoporosis, was prescribed high dosage of calcium! Xx lovely chat looking forward to seeing their home 🏠 x
Oh we do miss them but we're happy they are in their own home as a little family unit 😊. Sorry to hear that you also broke a vertebrae. It's no fun is it. It’s a pleasure to watch your channel Elayne. I’m glad they are looking after your health 🙏 they get you sorted. I had a few health scares few years ago and I needed major surgery so am with you on not wearing jeans can’t bear them. I had a 10 lb ovarian tumor removed but I lived to tell the tale. You look after yourself I will be thinking about you 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have just sent off for the wild deodorant last week. Ive ordered the bee case and the honey cactus refill and the stacey solomon fliral whispers one. Ive 3 cases already so i can put in my bag and bedroom and bathroom. I like the black and white dresses. I used to keep on buying electrical kitchen gadgets, 2 ive never used. Ive got to use them. I keep on eyeing up new gadgets for the kitchen, then remind myself i never use the ones ive already got.
Oh you're gonna love the bee case hunni 😊. I have to say I'm a sucker for gadget's. I'm like you hunni , I have gadget's I hardly use 🙈xxx

With you to the end Elayne, you should help at an amateur dramatics, you could help with costume and sets and then get to enjoy the show! I didn't think I would like ballet but when I went to a performance that was a variety it was fantastic, the colours of the tutus and matching ballet shoes were an amazing sight. I never fancy the theatre but when I go I really enjoy it. x
