Great haul honey. that shopping basket I would fill it with pumpkins for Autumn with foliage and then for Christmas full it with small Christmas trees and baubles or you could use it for a egg basket at Easter decor xx

The laundry basket was a bargain. I have a few deep baskets in white - about a foot and a half deep and they were £30 each ! So a wee bargain for you 😊😊
I love regional accents, I am West Country (Somerset) but they are fast disappearing. I had a teacher at primary school back in the late 60s that used to say Boook . Always be proud of your accent. Love the flower fairy, my daughter also called Alice collected flower fairies as a child and still has them x

You picked lots of lovely thing and such bargains, really love your accent it reminds me of visiting extended family in Sunderland and spending time with my son when he went to Sunderland university he has always supported the football team which coming from Norfolk was quite a surprise to his school mates but he never waived, take good care of yourself as you sound to be so busy👍🏻❤️

Got some canny bargains there pet...had to comment like that Elayne as I'm proud of my accent too. We all ( north east) seem to get classed as geordies but to people closer to home we know the difference in our accents even though it might be only a few miles apart. I love makem and geordie accents and not sure what ours is ( south west of County Durham) My hubby from Darlington ( Darlo) and I'm from Bishop Auckland ( Bish vegas lol) and those few miles however small there is a big difference in our accents. Elayne i laugh at the wooden thing.I have a similar problem with curtains. I absolutely hate them. I don't have any in my home. All blinds. Plus i live on a mountain, so no great need. If i go in a store i can't walk near the curtains. So i feel very at ease knowing about your " wooden thing".😂😂
Is Your Emmas house finished Elayne?.I love a car boot sale ,last time I was as the big one at Seaham was about 9 years ago , I bought a bottle of perfume for £20 worth 100 it had never been used I was really pleased with my find. I've got 2 baskets like yours, at the moment 1 of them I keep my scarves in and the other has wool❤️.
