When I was a kid I had a couple of sindhi neighbours and they used to cook up some amazing Aloo Tuk with Sidhi Kadhi every Sunday. I personally loved having it because of the crisp layer of potatoes with my favourite spices tossed with it. Last week a friend of mine sent me some Aloo tuk that he made in his house and it was awesome. It took me back to my childhood and instantly I decided to cook it in my lab. This is my version of Aloo tuk and everyone in the studio absolutely loved it. Make this at home guys, it's an amazing recipe to have on a chilled out Sunday! I tried your Sindhi Khadi yesterday and it was so good. But being a South Indian, I felt more satisfying with Sambar than khadi. Dal can never replace besan.
