DS9 "Call to Arms" ending, when the Defiant joins the fleet and THIS when Picard says "magnify" with the music.....is the most awe inspiring and my most memorable scenes from Star Trek series.

This is the Borg I remember. No queen, the ability to make the Federation seem inferior, rarely present, very very alien, and a feeling of absolute dread whenever they are around.

This was only their second appearance. We still knew next to nothing about them, except that they were vastly superior to the Federation. Voyager really kinda rendered them an everyday threat, and their attempt to create more with Species 8472, I regard as a failure.
Star Trek: First Contact is still a really good, scary borg episode though; with the original Queen.

I was nervous @ 1:20 seeing him linger in the Ready Room and pacing the bridge. I can't think of too many times I've seen Picard pace like that.
