I used to contract for Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale ,CA and their security is a joke. I caught a security guard bringing his cell phone into restricted buildings and using it to talk to his wife who also worked there. I complained and he retaliated by giving me a private speeding ticket going 16mph in a 15 mph zone. They call it the "lazy L" by the people that work there, because they get paid by well by supplemented taxes and a lot of them don't do shit compared to their high pay.

It represents an abuse of police authority, a type of intimidation against a defenseless individual questioning, "Why are you stopping me?"-essentially, it's "Police Bullying" of civilians.
That police officer is hanging around as an officer so he can get his retirement. How about we have a contest to see how many times he changed the size of his uniform over the years. Can you imagine how worthless he would be in a fight with an actual fugitive or lawbreaker? He’s gotten away with bullying people over the decades, but the cameras now on cell phones and surveillance video work against him as does body cameras.
Would that be public record? If the tax payer pays for the uniform it should be available information, right?

Having held a security clearance, it’s not surprising that the employees reported man with a camera, we’re taught to report anything suspicious, but the cops should know better.
