    Thanks a lot Guru Maan jee.. Since last 4-5 months was suffering from the golfer elbow (which I came to know after watching this video).. Exercises which ubhave mentioned in this video are really helping me since last last night have started exercises n pain is decreased in huge amount.. Will continue these exercises ....

      I remember i stretched my arms gently and took sm days off from workout .
      I know it is painfull...at that moment i literally thought my mussle tissue got twisted.

      @@thanos-sh1xi mein bolunga take a break frm the gym for one or two days...ar apna proper nutrition lo...like eggs, chicken, beans etc etc ...Agr phir v pain nai jaa rha h to u should consult a doctor(only if the pain is unbearable).
      Ar agr aap gym jate v ho kal....free hand hi Krna with moderate amount of stretching. Aaap k joints ko kholne me madat krenge. And panic krne ki koi baat nai hai esb beginning me hota hai....in fact meko ite saal hogye par phir v I have hurt my back yesterday during deadlift.

    Sir dikkat ye h ki mainey bicep aur tricep curls dono hi lagaye thay zarurat se zyada aur kareeb 4 months ke break ke baad to ab 2 sin se elbow seedhi nai ho rahi aur pain ho raha h lekin kisi injury ke symptoms nai h jaisey ki wrist poori tarah ghoom rahi h aur likh bhi paa raha hu bas arm seedhi nai ho parhi. I mean ho to rahi h but pain ho raha h. Apki exercises try karunga sir.

      It's because u place ur elbows right towards the ceiling bro. That is 90 degree. Simply elongate ur shoulders and let the elbows go a little down. U will have two great benefits out of it. First is no pain because earlier ur elbow joints were having the tension instead of muscles and second benefit is that ur tricep muscle will be in more tension, hence more growth in that muscle. Try this. It will work for sure. All the best

    Having dealt with debilitating pain in both elbows, I have the solution.
    The stretches and exercises in the video do work, but you have to find the root cause of the problem. More than likely it's going to be your shoulder. Rounded shoulders from poor posture puts force onto your elbows which aren't designed to handle that amount of force.
    Address the tightness:
    For most people it will be tightness in the pec, lats, biceps and forearm flexors. You have to HAVE TO release these muscles via soft tissue work with a lacrosse ball or softball. Roll around until you find a tight spot, put pressure on that spot and then take the muscle through it's range of motion.
    Then you must stretch that muscle through it's full range of motion.
    And finally, you must strengthen the opposing muscle. For example: pin and stretch the pec/subscap/lat. Then stretch the pec. Then strengthen the thoracic region. Do these back to back like one big superset. Do them in that order. Then do it a total of 5 times per muscle group.
    Another common example is: pin and stretch the forearm flexors and biceps, stretch the forearm flexors and biceps, then strengthen the triceps and forearm extensors.
    Do lots of rows. Lots and lots of rows. This will help correct rounded shoulders.
    Stretching and wrist curls will not solve the problem. You absolutely must address the real issue as elbow pain is simply a side effect of something more serious happening. Hopefully this helps somebody.

    hi Guru Mann ji.. I love the way you present your videos and messages. I totally understand what it takes to speak out so truly and deliver the right message to the viewers great work and effort. frankly I started working out just after watching your videos and knowing about fitness. u inspire a lot. if possible buddy I need some help on my routine and diet.
