Try connecting the CIU in a powered Socket outlet, if it responds the same the CIU is Faulty. Visit your nearest KPLC office for a replacement. For assistance, you can WhatsApp us at 0754879439

My CIU inhemeter 2015 model is not working, how can i use 2020/2017 inhemeter model?
My meter box keeps rejecting my token. I tried to plug the meter box to different sockets but still no luck.when i enter my token it says 'reject error'.

Yes, you can enquire about the same model of the CIU and the same manufacturer/time of manufacturer from local contractors or visit your nearest KPLC office for replacement.

Best to use echargable ones, and originals. If you put any, they will leack acid while trying to charge.

What's the name of the application used to connect to the inhemeter using bluetooth

Get a qualified Electrician with a good reputation to check the problem for you. In case the CIU is faulty you can visit your nearest KPLC office for Replacement or source it from local Contractors.

1.Confirm the Account/meter No you used to purchase token is correct.
2.Make sure you're inputting the token digits correctly.
3.Confirm the CIU you're using to load token is configured with your MCU
4.Confirm the meter was updated successfully.
