Red Witch pedals have such a rich sound, I love mine.
The Kiwis make some amazing gear, a mate had these Mr Glynns pups (filtertron style) put in his Gretsch... Brilliant, sound better than the Setzer set that he took out.
I think "hand-selected" means the tolerance range for the transistors they use in the pedal is fairly narrow, so in a batch of transistors there would be a lot rejected.

I've been using the Violetta for years. Mod delay with a battery. Cash Converters didn't think it was working because of the battery so I got it for £10. Excellent sounds.
Red Witch are one of my favourite Pedal manufacturers. Good to see them getting some more exposure.

They all sound great! I have a Red Witch Famulus overdrive that I swear by. I've been eyeing the Fuzz God IV, and this might have sold me on it. Great demo!
Fuzz God IV is solid and just extremely wild! I recommend it, it cleans up extremely well too!

A couple years ago I got a great price on a used Red Witch Famulus, so I bought it with the intention of flipping it for a profit. But when I plugged it in I absolutely loved it and it's been on my board ever since.

The Binary Star does take a bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang you can get it sounding absolutely gorgeous
I was looking at this brand. Now I'll probably buy some. At one point with the delay Pete reminded me of when I saw Queen live in 2019. Brian May did this 20 minute stereo guitar solo .

really interesting pedal brand.... overall, they seem very clear and high quality, with good electronics. Not sure if the functionality appeals, but they have a uniqueness about them that is appealing. The delay is clear and sweet and I love the sound of the boost and the overdrive. But this is what I am hearing over my studio monitors (Focal Shapes), which in reality might sound different in my setup.. I liked the IVY too... AND the Chorus pedal... I will have to come check these out
I owned fuzzgod 2 it was incredible tone.
That Overdrive mini pedal sounds awesome. I’ve tried several OD pedals, and never quite found one I love. Most end up boosting the treble more than providing just a bit of dirt to the signal. It’s hard to tell by your review, but it would hel0 to hear you flip thru the different Pups and pup-combinations. Thanks. BD
The ivy , lily and scarlett are simple but cool looking I like the different old school looking girl drawings on them. Not the Distortion sound I was expecting but very cool , they have a really good fuzz style sounds. Alot of great pedals for rockers but I was expecting the Distortion to be more idk heavy like metal... I'd like to hear them all.
These are hot stuff. 13.40 shows the Captain giving in to the heat...
Red Witch make my favorite Fuzz sounds. I used a FG3 which is in the Seven Sisters sized enclosure and is my favorite fuzz so far. I love FG4 though. Thats Jack White in a pedal.
Lee asked about what kind of band would use all the delay and modulation in that Binary Star, I think it would be safe to say that the band 'Battles' would be all over that pedal in a heartbeat

We've been around for 20 yers, but he pedals the lads demo'd (apart from Ivy) are all new designs - (in the case of the Fuzz God IV and Empress Deus) new iterations of an earlier pedal :)

Used to use an Ibanez chorus pedal with knobs on 0 in front of a JCM800.Gave a nice full boost.

Are those mermaids showing a cheeky bit of bum cleft? The New Zealand cricket team is due this summer, get them to bring a sack of these pedals with them. Sound so good and I love attitude of the makers.

I still love my RW Moonphaser pedal. Loving their delay pedal too! Ethereal sounds for the Radiohead's of the world. A inspirational pedal.

there is a new version, the Synthotron II. Its was resealed 2 or 3 years ago, must be quite easy to find. I have one and is great.

I love this chorus pedal but after about a year, strange static noises started when engaging the Voice control. After initially being very supportive, Red Witch acknowledged the BBD chip was probably bad but then failed to answer any emails and didn't send a new chip. ?????

I like the no knob pedal. Here’s a sound, now go find a use for it, rather than tweaking it to sound like every other fuzz pedal.

Love Red Witch pedals, but have had same kind of experiences, though not after 3 years but rather 3 days or weeks. That's why I'd like to have my local dealer to have RW pedals, so that if/when repair needed they could handle it.

It's a germanium amplifier - it's a unique design - featuring a germanium transistor as the the amplification source :)

Extreme modulation probably wouldn't work through a whole song but by the cringe, it'd be great for intros, middles and the occasional solo.

Yeah I wonder why they called it red witch lol hmm idk I think it'd be better as a pedal name than a brand name. That way u could have a whole line of crazy pedals like a zombie 🧟♂️ pedal saying bbbbrrraaiinnss 🧠... that would be my 80s hair metal pedal lol... plus with the name red witch why have a blue led light? U couldn't match it up with a red led light. Just little simple things like that can sell a product. Like how the captain has his snake oil pedals looking like the wild west ... people love westerns or cowboys and Indians plus snake oil is a great old term. The snake oil salesman would sell u something saying it cures everything yet the only reason why it cures everything is because it killed u lol with mercury poisoning or something along those lines. Point being some people buy a pedal not only for the sound but for the look , having a awesome looking pedal board sells. I'm guilty of wanting products for looks and name so I'm speaking from experience.
I hate it when you tubers plug pedals that are good value second hand - because all of a sudden they aren't.
All the little fuzz pedals have cool unique drawings but the big fuzz pedal looks pretty plain and has no drawings smh idk I would of done a crazy green witch with a bright red apple in her hand but that's just me and I wonder why they named it red witch. I always thought the green witch in the wizard of oz looked so awesome... I've never seen a red witch. I would of had green witch 🧙♀️ and red devil 😈 idk if ud be aloud to call one a green goblin. Idk there's alot of names like that I can think of just off the top of my head like terrible trolls lol idk if I'd have a troll under a bridge drawings or a little nerdy pimple faced kid on his computer keyboard typing troll shit haha...
