I have been designing things with my daughter since she has been drawing. She's 9. She's a fantastic artist. She loves to create and give away her art. This would help put her designs out and she's able to give to her friends and others. She enjoys it, she loves giving to others. But she is always so sad when she can't replicate the designs she made. This would be amazing! It's one way we can make someone's day!
My wife was a high school English teacher who caught Co-vid nineteen from her students after the state of Florida forced everybody back to work. Long story short the virus caused her kidneys to fail and she also got a rare disease (calciphylaxis) which forced her to quite teaching after 19 years. We found it hard to keep up with the bills so we started a small company but after clearing out or retirement funds to pay for everything we are still short on supplies. We would love to receive a screen printing system to assist with our productivity. My wife has survived a disease that most die from and I thank God for that and also thank all our friends and neighbors for their support during these tough days.
I am an elementary school educator, and I plan to use these tools to create t-shirts for our entire staff of 150 people. This initiative will help build a stronger community and renew our team spirit! It's a small gesture that can make a big impact on our sense of unity and pride. #GoPanthers!

I would love to use this to screenprint my own fabric designs to use them in my wall quilts that I make! I hand-paint my own fabric to use in my quilts and screenprinted designs would look so cool with the watercolor effects I make painting on the fabric.

I'm an IT guy just getting back to screen printing. Like you, I bought 10K worth of equipment from Ryonet 9 years ago; kept it in the garage collecting dust. I've heard about the X-Tool but have always been curious of how well it creates halftones on a screen. Currently, I make my own screens using Eco-frames using a technique I developed by using regular fabric as opposed to buying expensive eco-panels. As a techie I'd like to play around with it, to see how I could improve on it.
Thanks for sharing the video. I had a glowforge but had to sell it due to raising toddlers. But now they’re all in school during the day and I’m regretting selling my glowforge. But because of her current job she's not focussing on her hobby. I love her designs and cartoons but she needs a little push. This tool will give that to her!
I used to screenprint a lot in college and work for a few shops. I loved the process. From making shirts to posters, we all have the technology at our fingertips when needed. As an artist, it's sad when the stepping stones get overlooked or not seen as effective as they once did. I am in the process right now of developing this love for art that I have with my children. They will appreciate the process when they have to work for the result. We have the age to back the experience now but know more than one way to get jobs done. I plan to make some shirts and crafts with them using this equipment.

Its going to be called SHAU (something hot and unexpected) I sat and learned the vinyl process and it is really cool but a little limited and learning the screening process looks like a very interesting process to master. I would use a system like this for projects applying a screen print to tumblers, cups and sports bottles. I have watched a few videos online on how this Is done and I believe it would work with the X tool system.

I would use this for things that can't be done with DTF, especially printing poly bag mailers for shipping. I have been extremely reluctant to get into screen printing because it seems so daunting and messy. But the Xtool system seems like a great way to get started.

I had to learn how to print/design uniforms because of the high price of uniform printing and wanting the girls uniforms to look good. This would really help with the making uniforms for the girls.
We would be doing shirts for the Cub Scouts and for a golden retriever rescue that we are members of in Indiana. The rescue helps sick and dying golden retrievers and spends over $100,000 a year on saving these dogs. We actually have three rescues in our house at the current time and one of them is from the China meat market that was flown over here six years ago. This would be a fantastic addition to the rescue. Hi Jerald! I've really been wanting to get into screen printing, but have been hesitant because of the same reasons you sold your setup; the footprint and process can be excessive for a small shop. While I'd definitely be using it on some fabrics, my main interest would be enhancing digital printed items. I'd love to try this out to screen print some varnishes on printed items. You can achieve some really cool effects that adds a unique tactile effect to substrates. Typically this is achieved with a UV printer with a 5th varnish channel. I'm not at the point where I could justify such a large investment. But, I believe the Xtool would allow me to achieve the same results (if not better) on small runs. In addition, I'm curious if I could use this for transparent decals. It's something I get asked occasionally, but again not enough to justify the maintenance of a white channel printer. This may be a solution for those under 500 runs. Lots of possibilities! Thanks! I look forward to you bringing us some new ideas and watching your channel and business grow.

I would probably use the laser to start doing leather patches for hats and another then using the screen print method but I’ve never screen printed before. Hopefully we get the opportunity 😊
I own a tshirt business which is dtf centered but I was thinking of trying the screen printing since some of my designs are 2-3 colours only so I would use this to learn about screen printing and experience the working of it.
What about the drying process? I feel like this is a great tool to show the concept of screen printing. But the laser time, setup and only doing one shirt at a time one color at a time is going to be very time consuming. Overall great video! Thanks for the info.

Hello, I'm John Peter Luna, 21 yrs old, from the Philippines. I've been working in the silkscreen industry for two years now, and it has been a challenging journey since I am a self-learner. One of the biggest problems I face is burning the emulsion correctly. Because of this, I can only accept one-color design clients, which limits my potential. Despite my passion for silkscreen printing, I've had to reject many clients, including school departments, because my skills in burning emulsion are not strong enough. If I had the laser-engraving x silkscreen printer, it would make the process smoother and easier for me. Even though I'm a teenager and a 3rd-year college student, I am dedicated to this craft. I work hard because I dream of building my own clothing line someday. Id love to win if this is still going on! My daughters have shown interest in my clothing business (Sasshole Creations) and this would allow them to create their own product, start to finish. Im grabbing one, my daughter's started up their own bakery and paid a ton for company shirts & weren't happy with them. Dad to the rescue
I would use the engraving to cut MDF puzzles and screen print a image of those puzzles in s-shirts and bags, and start a new business about it.

Hello, I'm John Peter Luna, 21 yrs old, from the Philippines. I've been working in the silkscreen industry for two years now, and it has been a challenging journey since I am a self-learner. One of the biggest problems I face is burning the emulsion correctly. Because of this, I can only accept one-color design clients, which limits my potential.
Despite my passion for silkscreen printing, I've had to reject many clients, including school departments, because my skills in burning emulsion are not strong enough. If I had the laser-engraving x silkscreen printer, it would make the process smoother and easier for me.
Even though I'm a teenager and a 3rd-year college student, I am dedicated to this craft. I work hard because I dream of building my own clothing line someday. If you give me this machine, it will greatly help me financially, especially since I travel every day to my university, which is far from my home, as staying near the campus is too expensive.

Hello sir Jerald. 6 months ago i started homebased tshirt making using A4 dtf printer. But there is a problem when im making 30pcs or more because the a4 printer is slow, it wasting a lot of time.
