Yes yes yes!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thank you 🥰 Best wishes from Kiev, Ukraine!🇺🇦 We are in war, but we still want to be beautiful ❤ Love your videos, I watched all of them.
Thanks for this Hair Buddha! I watch a lot of colour corrections from Bobby Hair studio it's one of her specialties. She loves the Blonde Me products and one thing she preaches is FRESH BOWLS! Don't just mix a big bowl of lightner and expect the same result from bleach that's been sitting in your bowl developing for 30 minutes as you would get with freshly mixed product.
Today I tried BlondMe 9+ bleach powder, with 20 volume and the ash additive on my daughter's hair. She has natural virgin hair at the moment (we've done a split dye in the past and kept it good for a year...yes I was doing her roots every 4 weeks). She wanted some lighter sections in her hair so she could do the Calico hair (mostly her natural brown with some ash blonde and small sections of apricot...a light orange). Mixed up the bleach mix to your formula (only did half a batch) and used foils and she now has her very light ash blonde sections she wanted and her hair doesn't even feel like it's damaged at all. Worth the extra money to get such amazing results with just one application. Love this video and I love the reaction video's too.
I know you are talking fast because the length of the video, but you are an excellent teacher. I am a cosmetology instructor myself, but color was always my weakness. I love listening to your videos and I think you are performing a great service for people. I would love to be a fly on the wall of your salon when you are teaching. 🙃🤗😁
The sectioning with the middle section is revolutionary! I always bleach my hair with a middle part sectioning - this weekend I will need to do my regrowth and will try this new type of sectioning! 😊 Will let you know how it goes ❤
I've never used blonde me. I started using Bond Bar with 20V and I really, really like it. I'm a natural 7-ish blonde so I don't have to go too crazy to get platinum.
Very good explanation, easy to follow along. You definitely touched on alot of key elements that alot of people seem to ignore or misunderstanding. Your passion for your craft also shines through which has always been a plus for all your videos ❤
Got to say, I might be a boring person, but I think the theory is fascinating! Love learning about all of it and have def got better at doing my roots etc the more I learn, even if it’s way off from a proper hair dresser!x
@@hair-buddhaI love it! Been using 20vol with blondeme for a while now and would never go back! My husband does the back for me thankfully but think if I shout “use fine sections” at home again he might refuse to help anymore!😂😂 I’ve told him I’m gonna get him one of your T-shirts for his birthday!😂😂❤

I was a hair model once. I am level 4 brown, natural. It took hours, lots and lots of bleaching and treatments in between. It was a fun experience but a very long day.
BlondMe is all my stylist uses - gives the best results and keeps the hair soft. She always gets me some from the beauty supply warehouse she goes to so I can keep a little bit at home when I want to redo my teenager’s ends (he has his ends bleached to do different temporary colors) when we can’t make it in to the salon with him as she is a decent drive away and he’s always been real finicky with how his hair is touched (very sensitive scalp). She showed me how to do extremely fine layers with sectioning it out and backcombing just a tiny bit to have it blend so it doesn’t give a harsh line … and it’s always turned out so well. The ends stay soft and shiny. Also smells really nice, too. I’ve always loved the smell of bleach powder mixed with developer, but the BlondMe stuff is kind of a fruity scent that isn’t overwhelming. Their toners are real lovely, too.
Love this! Most informative, yet straight forward tutorial I’ve come across! Would you consider doing in depth tutorials on different application/placement techniques? How to properly highlighting and balayage etc? Also how best to touch up the regrowth with those techniques?
Received my Blondme bleach and developer today, I normally use Blondor. I cut and bleach my own hair. I have a pixie with an undercut. I normally use 30 vol. Developer, but now got 20 vol. Love watching your videos. I am from the UK.
I agree BlondMe is fantastic. I am amateur not a hairdresser and I have shoulder length very dark brown hair and I am now a 10 blonde for 1 year. (my hair is colour of inside of peeled banana/pale blonde) I use Schwarzkopf as follows: Hair Bleaching- 20 vol Blondme 1: 1 ratio with BlondeMe 9 powder 8 scoops/Tablespoon Powder 8 scoops Liquid (I do not weigh it as it's equal 1:1 proportions. 35 minutes= perfect in winter temperature with shower cap on. Check at various intervals. Toner - Igora Royal 6% (20 vol) Developer (Red bottle oil based) Igora Royal color tube 9.0 1:1 ratio 35 minutes with shower cap on. The toner also gives me that extra 1 to 2 levels lift. Result: pale buttery blonde. Very happy using these products no issues. Preparation is key. Section section section! Use duckbill clips and use small sections of hair. If your arms get tired easily then have a friend help to do the application of the bleach as it needs to get on fast on both sides to be even.
AMAZINGLY clear and useful video as I am contemplating using the BlondeMe system since I havent bleached since COVID hit. I just stopped and grew it all out, so I'm back to virgin hair now.... YAYZ!!! Thank you so much for this tutorial! Such a great tool to help us home-bleachers! God Bless fam❣️

Ive been bleacing my hair at home for a while now. After experimenting with vol. I found out i can get my roots from a level 6 to a level 10 with 7 vol with blonde me. The nice thing about using low vol is that i don't get any banding even if i have long roots and slapp bleach on all of it at the same time. I just let the hair bake for a longer time and I end up with a nice, even, pale yellow result ready for my green fashion color. Works every time.
Once , when I was 19/20 I decided to bleach my own hair . As expected it turned out horrendous but thankfully my local stylist was available the next day to salvage my hair! I was orange/ yellow .. ended up being strawberry blonde. Never made the same mistake twice. I’ve recently gone ginger , through my stylist over a few months so my hair isn’t damaged by the stripper . My hair had 7 years worth of dark red box dye on it .

Fascinating! I just had my hair done yesterday, highlights and low lights, 2 shades of blonde. I'd be too chicken to attempt something like that at home. 🐔 I really admire what you do, and enjoy your videos.
Yessss. I'm tempted to maintain my blonde on my own since my hair lady messed up last time and overlapped my last root touch up and I had lots of breakage... I told myself, no more.... but now that my hair is back to "normal" im seeing how good it looks again 😆 ugh I'm so tempted to stay blonde before my roots grow out too much and it becomes a more expensive process
@Sparky.Sparky.BoomMan I'm sorry to hear about your breakage from the overlapping. Absolutely do it yourself or even better get a friend or family member to help. I've been to 5 different hairdressers over the past 2 years trying to find a good hairdresser. Too many hair fails, overlapping, breakage, uneven level, its embarrassed to go in public because it looks like i dont care about my hair. It can be traumatising.
Thank you so much!! Since I've been following your account (including listening very carefully 😊) my hair colour is nearly perfect (it's platinum without any yellow). But one last question came into my mind: you showed how to apply on the lengths. But when do you do the roots/scalp? As I have very short hair I do not have so much trouble to blond me by myself. But I am curious regarding the roots. And thank you very much for your great video! Best regards from Munich.
My natural strawberry blonde hair is now coming in brown and grey (65yrs)... DIY my hair needs have used semi and demi colring products but still interested in bleaching... growing out a buzzcut to pixie lengths
Thank you for the kind words! Hair color theory can definitely be tricky, even for those with a license. It’s great to hear from someone with experience!
Oh my god I’m sooooo here for this!! I’ve been using blondeme since you said to years ago but I haven’t got a clue about the new stuff they’ve brought out! Thanks mr Buddha ❤❤❤

Thanks so much for this video! I was wondering how to use the additives...and am well excited to try the new Blonde me products😊 Thanks so much for all your videos! You're Hair Guru - much appreciated - Podcast sounds exciting! Good luck!!
Love your video, it is very detailed, interesting and understandable, nice 💐👍🏻. I learned clearly that I would not be skillful enough to this with all of my hair. Maybe I might try one of the toners, as far as I understood, this would not do much damage. Thank you dear hair Buddha.
Watching and seeing the colour chart i can see i'm a level 5/6 now natural. And when i look at my baby pictures i'm a level 9...wow i had very light hair. I asked my hubby what he thought of the really light blond colour and he liked it but only if it is done by a professional 😁. He heard you often enough screeming "take small sections" to know that i should not attempt it to do it allone and i agree.
I have no plans to bleach my hair again because it’s so fine and breaks pretty easily now, I choose heat over colour. But still choose to watch this video to support hair Buddha 🎃🎃
This is a very thorough and very interesting video, thank you! I've been wanting to bleach my hair for a while and go ginger, but I'm still not sure if I'll do it. I have virgin hair, hip-length, Asian texture, it is pretty heavy and very dark, almost black, so I'm afraid of ruining it. I guess I'll wait and see if I'm better off getting a wig lol, I'm still not sure!!
My hair is mostly silver and white. I do have some of my natural light brown-mousy brown color in it (mostly in back and back sides). Because I have a long pixie, I can see when my hair grows out the patches of natural hair still there (I’m about 90% silver-white). So I will use a 20 volume or 10 volume on my hair to even out the patches then I tone it. I would say my hair is a level 10 on those natural patches because they come out yellow, not orange. Your videos are very informative and I have learned a lot doing my own hair from you and your recommendations. 🥰❤
Thank you so much for this Can you explain how to find the correct level of toner for the results you have after bleaching, and what you want to achieve?
Sir, you are fantastic, and I enjoy your videos. You are so informative. That baldie looks amazing on you. It's only a select few that have a perfect shaped head for it. It's been about two years since I've gone blonde, so i used the Lightening Kit for Dark and Lovely, and my hair looks a hot ass mess. My hair is 3c-4a. Owee! Something went left somewhere, and now my roots are blonde, and the rest of it is orange. I'm dreadding having to correct it. It looks disgusting! Idk what happened. I did the middle to ends first, then the roots. 😩 The good thing is the elasticity and texture of my hair is still there. It did pretty good on not feeling like a brick.😂
I want to bleach my hair I've got some gray I fail every time I just want to do a money piece to cover some gray I've had horrible experiences at the salon I wish you could do my hair HB Thank you for the great information on video You're wonderful❤
I love to do fantasy colors in my hair and when I decide it’s time to bleach , blonde me it’s my go to. I have super dark hair and it will lift to a blonde (banana yellow color) so you have to be sure to keep an eye on it. But for gods sake , section, never overlap, and follow the mixing directions. It works beautifully.
I am waiting for this so long, only for you to post this after I got a gloss from the drugstore 😂😂😂😂 I guess I have to wait a little more. Thank you for this video
I enjoyed the video. I'm not sure why I'm so fascinated--when I used color I had it done in a salon. I went natural years ago so I am mostly white in front, mixed as you go back, and nearly all dark brown at the back. Growing up, my hair was auburn. Now it's more ashy. Not sure why that happened, but I'm not going to color it (my hair grows very fast--I'd be fussing with color every 3-4 weeks, max.
I have dark ash blonde hair and have been bleaching my hair for over 20 years... you definitely learn from your mistakes 🙈 I bleach my roots every 2 months with blond me bleach powder (new packaging now) and blond me 6%... first the front of my head for 40-45 minutes, rinse and then the back of my head for 40-45 minutes! For me it's less stressful this way and I don't have too much bleach on my scalp at once (I once had a short phase where I had an allergic reaction, it might have been because of the no-name brand at the time)! Then I put a toner on and finally my pastel pink (directions with conditioner)...
Hello! I’ve learned that I better let a professional do my bleaching! lol. 😊. Also have a question; I hear 7 volume or 20 to lift but what about 10 volume? Is that not used for some reason? Just curious. Thanks.
🙌🏼 thank you!! Love your videos, so informative! the theory and technical details are amazing; no other videos go there, or if they do it seems like they either dont know it well enough to teach to others or they just dont know period, and are repeating things they heard years ago but are only giving part of the information.., probably cause thats all they have or know I shouldn't say only you, craigs world of hair gets into the proper theory as well, but the two of you are literally the only ones. Others Ive found never explain the methods to the maddness and knowing the rational behind why things are done the way they are keeps my adhd brain from looking for "more effecient" ways..., (lets be honest, unless I understand why something is done a certain way i look for short cuts 😳😂 not cause im lazy but because I think its un necessarily time consuming) Thanks hairbuddah❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad you find the theory and technical details helpful. Understanding the "why" behind the methods is so important, and I'm happy to provide that insight!
Not me as an African black woman with natural 4C hair, with no intention of ever bleaching my hair being heavily invested in this video and taking mental notes 😂…
I always follow you and I really like these videos but I have a question when I bleached the roots I used a 20 V developer which caused me severe burns and irritation to the scalp what should I do please I prefer to bleach my hair roots every five weeks😊
My hairdresser has been using Blondor Multi Blond Power with 20 volume on my hair for probably 10+ years to frost it. Have you used it and if so what are your thoughts on it? It's suppose to have protection for your hair built in and also to keep it from yellowing. It does awesome with both of those things. It has always given me so many different colors just in that one coloring. Of course after several times you have even more multi color layers which everyone asks me how I got it that way. I had it done about every 3 months and the color lasted that long. Every time I always ended up with perfect color and was easy on my hair. My former very good friend and hairdresser has passed away and my new hairdresser had not heard of Blondor, so I bought some for her to use on my hair. Of course she has her own way of coloring hair and it's sure not the way I'm use to and it's not at all giving me the volume of color I like at all. I don't want to constantly say this is how George did it, as she is a great hairdresser and I know that is very rude, but I'm at a stand still. We only have about 4 hairdressers in my small town and most of the other I just don't want to go to and I just don't want to go out of town. I feel like when I go to a hairdresser I should be loyal to them. I've told my new one I just didn't get the amount of color I always got and I know she's mixing it right. Any advice?
What about applying a permanent colour instead of a toner for a longer lasting deep colour after bleaching ? Some say bleach doesn't absorb permanent colour, if you apply it immediately or the next day after bleaching you rroots - you end up with brighter patchy roots and ashy mid/lengths. So toners are safer to use? And which permanent colours are recommend for blondes
Hi Hair Buddha, amazing video, thank you! Just a quick question… once you’ve coloured the back of your head and set a timer whilst you do the front, should you wash the back sections after a certain amount of time whilst the front is style processing? Thank you! 😄
I've been waiting for 5+ years for my hair to grow back to natural and now I really want to bleach them again 😂 I'm so conflicted!!
🤣
Totally normal 😃👍
Don’t do it. You will just regret it.
Go for it!
You have dark eyebrows so not too pale a blonde. Maybe a honey blonde/ brown,or just lighter brown highlights to add dimension..

@Sparky.Sparky.BoomMan
I'm sorry to hear about your breakage from the overlapping.
Thanks for all these tips i bleach my roots only with fine sections !! Evry six months but no problem i do vibrant pink so my hairs never broke off !!
Wow, you're a true professional 👏. Thanks for sharing us your useful information ❤
Very nicely done. I have a Cosmetology License, but haven't practices in 30 years. Hair color theory is difficult even for those of us trained.
I bleach my roots every 4 weeks with Blonde me and have pale pink hair Thank You for your useful videos 🙏🏻👌🏻
❤❤❤ from one hairdresser to another perfectly said you truly are the best I just love you we are forever learning much love from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️ thank you for sharing your knowledge we appreciate you ❤️
Thank you so much for your work! ❤
Thanks so much for this video! I was wondering how to use the additives...and am well excited to try the new Blonde me products😊 Thanks so much for all your videos! You're Hair Guru - much appreciated - Podcast sounds exciting! Good luck!!
Plesse! A video about Henna
Love your video, it is very detailed, interesting and understandable, nice 💐👍🏻. I learned clearly that I would not be skillful enough to this with all of my hair. Maybe I might try one of the toners, as far as I understood, this would not do much damage. Thank you dear hair Buddha.
Thank you so much for these clear instructions and explanations. I sure appreciate your help so very much.🙏🏼
Thank you, HB for this summary! I'm foing my hair many years now, and I love Blondme products, next time I will try to add violet to the bleach. ❤
You are such a good soul for doing this. 💕
Thank you so much! Really appreciate how you explain the process. How do you feel about only lightening a level or two with a bleach bath?
Perfect
I have no plans to bleach my hair again because it’s so fine and breaks pretty easily now, I choose heat over colour. But still choose to watch this video to support hair Buddha 🎃🎃
I have learnt so much from you already! So excited to improve my blonde routine. Thank you Hair Buddha 🫶
So nice to see a video from this year, thank you
Love your videos! Your voice is so calming ❤
Thank you so much! I'm glad you find my voice calming-it's always nice to create a peaceful vibe for everyone.
I love your how to videos! 😁😍😁
Thank you hair Buddha for the lovely video i have learned alot but were i live i never saw Blonde me bleach
Great information Thank you so much You explained everything in detail
Thank you so much for this
Can you explain how to find the correct level of toner for the results you have after bleaching, and what you want to achieve?
Thank you! This was very informative!
I appreciate your expertise 🦫🦅
That’s how I do my clients hair as well! I also do my hair like that too. I’m picky about hair lol!
Wow!!! Thank you so much. I needed this video ❤
I am waiting for this so long, only for you to post this after I got a gloss from the drugstore 😂😂😂😂 I guess I have to wait a little more. Thank you for this video
Thanks for this great instruction.
I would be interested in a video about doing highlights or balaiage. Please show us how to apply at the mannequin.
Great explanation that is also understood - thank you❣
I enjoyed the video.
I have dark ash blonde hair and have been bleaching my hair for over 20 years... you definitely learn from your mistakes 🙈
I bleach my roots every 2 months with blond me bleach powder (new packaging now) and blond me 6%... first the front of my head for 40-45 minutes, rinse and then the back of my head for 40-45 minutes!
For me it's less stressful this way and I don't have too much bleach on my scalp at once (I once had a short phase where I had an allergic reaction, it might have been because of the no-name brand at the time)!
Then I put a toner on and finally my pastel pink (directions with conditioner)...
Thank you so much for posting this video 😊
I'm really glad you found the video helpful! Your support means a lot to me.
Brilliant tips & thanks for sharing Hair Buddha ✂️🤗
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to know the tips are resonating with you.
Hello! I’ve learned that I better let a professional do my bleaching! lol. 😊. Also have a question; I hear 7 volume or 20 to lift but what about 10 volume? Is that not used for some reason? Just curious. Thanks.
Yes, you can lift with 10vol. But Blond me just have 7vol and 20vol...
Love the instruction lesson. How to do it right.
Thanks Hair Buddah
I’m glad you found the lesson helpful! It’s all about getting it right, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
@@hair-buddha love your channel. Much love from Delaware USA😘
Excellent and informative video. Thank you 🤩🥰❤️
Perfect timing... Gona buy blond me next week. ❤

Amazing video! Great tips! Thank you!!!👏👏👏❤❤❤
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm glad you found the tips helpful!
🙌🏼 thank you!! Love your videos, so informative! the theory and technical details are amazing; no other videos go there, or if they do it seems like they either dont know it well enough to teach to others or they just dont know period, and are repeating things they heard years ago but are only giving part of the information.., probably cause thats all they have or know
I shouldn't say only you, craigs world of hair gets into the proper theory as well, but the two of you are literally the only ones. Others Ive found never explain the methods to the maddness and knowing the rational behind why things are done the way they are keeps my adhd brain from looking for "more effecient" ways..., (lets be honest, unless I understand why something is done a certain way i look for short cuts 😳😂 not cause im lazy but because I think its un necessarily time consuming)
Thanks hairbuddah❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad you find the theory and technical details helpful. Understanding the "why" behind the methods is so important, and I'm happy to provide that insight!
Not me as an African black woman with natural 4C hair, with no intention of ever bleaching my hair being heavily invested in this video and taking mental notes 😂…
lol 4a/b here an he helped me bleach my own hair at home I have been many shades of blonde an still have hair thanks to this man😅❤
Do your thing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I'm sure you will do amazing 💜

My daughter sends her thanks for this vid ❤
I'm happy
Excellent and true!
Mr. Hair Budda, you are an amazing instructor. Thank you for sharing your great skills and knowledge! I learned some awesome tips!
i love how you say additives 😊
I always follow you and I really like these videos but I have a question when I bleached the roots I used a 20 V developer which caused me severe burns and irritation to the scalp what should I do please I prefer to bleach my hair roots every five weeks😊
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH FOR THIS❤❤❤❤ Been waiting for this
I'm happy
Thank you! 😄
