I was looking at an entrance to roofdeck from inside house. Isnt this more secure, safer too. If owner is holding gathering, can conveniently go up from downstairs. Not safe having stranger access roofdeck😱
San mo naman ilalagay ang hagdan aber? napakasikip na sa loob. Hindi lang yan, maglalagay ka ng hagdan sa loob na kakain ng space para lang sa napakaliit na roofdeck? And naisip mo ba na pag may gathering need mo pa papasukin ang mga tao loob para maaccess yung hagdan papunta sa roofdeck. Hindi ba mas delikado yun kung sino sino nakakapasok sa bahay mo pag may gathering. Besides anong magagawa ng masamang loob sa roofdeck kung secured naman ang entrance mo sa baba.

if the building is more larger that can accomodate stair space inside its good..but if thats the two storey would be better...but its a bungalow so the stair is outside..

Beautiful design. But would be nicer if you had two sloping roofs on opposite sides of a roof garden with access to the roof from inside the house via mezanine floors just under the roof. this was a design i came up with on CAD and its easy to build and looks great.
@@susankiambi4056 visualise looking at the front door of this house and draw a verticle mirror line on the right hand edge of the house/roof garden and mirror the image. there, you have my design. very easy to build two facing sheds with an oblong between them. the roof garden would have a tomato vine pagoda beams touching the two shed roof tops and two glass balcony fences at each end of the roof garden. The fireplace would be in the center of the house in a sunken circle seating lounge and the chimney stack would double as a bbq on the roof garden at the rear of the house. Symmetry is beautiful.
