Homes are getting better, spacious with bigger closets. Next we need a bit more space to walk around the bed; and you need walls around the washing machine so no one steals or wrecks or even uses it when you're not home, especially if water is not turned off.
Better yet, get it indoors so the plumbing does not freeze. The lack of air locks at the doors means that every time a door is opened in winter, that icy blast is going right through the house. It is 23 degrees Fahrenheit and snowing and blowing Hail Columbia outside right now. Opening the front door would drop the interior temperature by a good 3 to 5 degrees depending on wind direction.
Me gusta la distribución de los espacios. Lo único que no me gusta, es la entrada con escaleras, ya que uno cuando hace hacer una casa, debe pensar a futuro, cuando sea un anciano y por lo tanto, será tedioso subir unas escaleras. Saludos!
Parece um erro no telhado formando um triângulo de um lado e do outro não formou esse mesmo triângulo. Sabemos que a forma triangular da uma sustentação segura nas construções. Fora esse erro, aparentemente de cálculos, a distribuição dos cômodos estão ótimas.
Right off the hop there is one change to improve the layout. Eliminate the corridor behind the living room. The living room is suddenly a good 4 feet larger, making the room much more comfortable. It is not difficult to work the furniture layout to accomodate the door to the master bedroom. In a small house, corridors are the enemy. In a tiny house, they are truly villains, stealing space that could be used for living
I grew up in a 1903 house that was just on 1,000 square feet of living space, not counting the back kitchen and vestibule. Both of those simply functioned as air locks to keep the outside outside. Inside there was an eat in kitchen a formal dining room, a separate living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All that in a 2 storey house that was 15 feet wide in the inside. It lived a LOT larger than the footprint suggested.
