    Great talk. Encouraging more time for personal care can bring great benefits, even if at the beginning it may seem taking away productivity.

    in my meditation practice I imagine that these thoughts, emotions, are flowing by me, like a river, i honor them, appreciate their value, saying " not now" another time, letting them gently flow by.
