It's just under 3' long and about 7-8" tall, 5/8" plate steel. Works well, but hard on the boom. Got a plan in the works for a 3 point ripper, same concept, think I'm gonna have to get a hydraulic top link though.
I got the Everlast 256si multi process unit (TIG, stick and plasma). I've had the machine for about three years now. I immediately switched the plas cutter consumables to a drag tip type, purchased from a fella on ebay who puts kits together for various torch model groups. If I remember correctly, mine is the PT60 version, and the kit came with the cap, 3 or 4 inside pieces, 2 each of 40/50/60 amp tips, and the drag tip its self. Keeping in mind that I'm just a home gamer, not running the cutter everyday, I just bought a second kit about 6 months ago, but that was only because I was cutting 1 inch stuff and the drag tip got a lot of blow back, the rest of the consumables have held up very well. I tried to cut some 1.25 inch stuff a few months ago and it struggled, ended up getting out the oxy torch. But for everything else, mild steel, SS and aluminum this thing has been a huge time saver. I also got a circle cutter that has worked amazing. I was initially going to get a used Hypertherm 45, $1100 (and drive over 3 hours one way to get it). But the morning of I checked with the guy and he sold it after we made plans... So I started looking into other options. The Everlast, shipped to my door, with cart, water cooler, multi process unit (which is an inverter style) and a starter kit was $2600! About the same cost as the Hypertherm 45. Best of luck to ya. Any other question feel free to ask, I'd be happy to make a video of the thing as well.
Good call on the angle, learned something, thanks.
Awesome ripper. What is the total length and height?

Hey Man,
Nice project weld on! You mentioned your welding machine, but didn't identify it. Will you post the make and model, please?
Which one? LOL, the stick welder is an older Lincoln ideal arc 300/250 ac/dc, the mig is a lincoln 180 dual, and the tig is an Everlast 256si.
Good idea!! But if you make the blade like the Rhino that will cut better
Which plasma cutter do you have? Any issues with it? How much cutting do you get out of the cups?
