New Control Arm from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASRU00065
This video shows you how to install a new rear upper control arm from TRQ on your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Control arms are a crucial part of the suspension system of your vehicle. They not only carry the load of the vehicle to the wheel, but they typically also maintain its alignment. Control arms are typically large and strong, so you may be surprised it needs replacing. They contain rubber bushings for smoother rides at the cost of eventual wear. When those bushings run out, that can have a negative impact on the ride and safety of your vehicle.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee
    2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I’ve done this job twice. First time, I didn’t preload the bushings, ripped them up in a few thousand miles. Took the triangle out and pressed in new ones, it lasted until I sold the Jeep. I did it on jacks in my garage, it sucked.

I see why you used the open end on the wrench. I just did this and I bought a long ratching box end wrench and it was going so good.and then I got it pinched on the ratcheting end between the brackets and control arm, took hours for me to get it out
