To be honest yes they can only recently have you had to bring your id before signing a birth certificate. I know 4 females who all went to the same school. And were pregnant days to two weeks apart. Who put their kids all girls on the same guy. A supposedly drug dealer who was killed. And sense being killed they knew he couldn't sign the birth certificate. So they could get state funding but not federal because none of his family would sign the certificate. This was during 88-90. And i know 15 guys who never signed one birth certificate, but name matched as a father. And when we got hurt the state took our money for child support. But none of us had to sign any paper and never seen one kid. The state took anywhere from $500,000-$15 millions to pay off child support orders in four states but I have no kids and after the 3rd letter to appear the state puts any guy as the father. 9 out of 10 if you born before 1995 your father is not your biological father. Why before then it was cool to say you had kids until you started going to jail, and losing your drivers license.
