When I here a mother lost sole custody of their kid my first thought isn't it's the courts fault, its what did she put before her kid that led to her losing them.

Plus, her surname is also different from her son's, so either she has been married twice or else she had her son before she married Upshaw. Yet she wants to defame this young woman because he had 2 children before she got with her son. It sems to me she is projecting her own behavior on this young woman.

    Ms. Mason should be commended for taking care of her six children. That young woman should be supported because if she can do this on her own, imagine what she could do with support.
    Meanwhile the man that took her as his wife and brought more children into the world wasn’t asked if he had a job, or if he was in school. I wonder why? And the grandmother made it clear she would support them. Where is the accountability?

    That father in case #2 didn't seem, to me at least, to understand that by law he was the child's son, but by doing the DNA at his own request, he could cause himself to lose custody of him. I think that the judge should have explained that better. That was a sad one.

      Yes,,it’s the very best thing you can do, says one 80 year old grandma to 6 lovely boys now between the ages of 30 and 20, it’s hard but it’s the best way to let them sort there problems out themselves. I have to remind my sons who are 54 and 51 now, with the boys some getting married and some engaged, at no point when they bring a girlfriend home, do you say or even hint, that you do not like their choice of girlfriend, you welcome them with open arms and genuinely care for them, it will fall apart of itself, but if you have parental opposition that’s a recipe to push them together.

      You right but no one told him to sign tho 😢. Paternity charges definitely needs to apart of system the way these dusty egg donors be doing these good fathers

      @marthajackson1388 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@shortsweetness876 So if you sign up to a fraudulent investment scheme do they not arrest the culprit? They do right? But you are also right. Considering how many cases out there like this one. Men need to demand a paternity test and laws changes that demand it even if they were married. These kind of things happens way too often for the laws to remain as is.

    2nd case: what a woman the mother is! She knew it was not the child of her then husband, still allowed him to raise him and would have continued to let him act father and believe he was the father and then when they fell out of love, she just sprang the news on him that he was not the father. She was okay to have the man raise the baby the whole life thinking it was his if things hadnt gone south ! Terrible!

    First case why do these grown men have to bring their mothers with them, his mother needs to keep her nose out of their business, as for the young mother 6 children at 24 is disgusting she says he disappears when rent is due yet she still has baby after baby with these men that don't say long enough to raise them

    Two points. Great outcome. And, if the teachers in their city speak this way, they need to be retrained.
