I think you definitely caught a ghost/spirit whatever you want to call it. Your presence did the seem to disturb it as it just carried on singing but it sounded like it was right next to you. I would have left as well.
1. Song was a pretty rendition of "Creep" 2. That sunset was absolutely gorgeous - like fire in the sky! 3. Those woods are haunted as hell. This video GENUINELY scared me. I would have left, too. It sounded like a crying, sad woman. Very, very spooky and even Fendy looked scared.
What I don't understand is why did the pipes in my home start making the same sound as the sad woman. Had to even check outside the windows if she was already there..
I live in West Central Alberta, Canada, in the foothills of the Rocky mountains, where my nearest human neightbour is well over a 30 minute drive away. It's sure neat to see a tamed forest, with a town only a mile away at best, and to which you can scope out girls showering in their homes lol. You are a brave man for traipsing around, unarmed, in secluded areas like that. I live with grizzlies, black bears, cougars, lynx, coyotes, and wolves to name a few common predators on my land, and none of them really worry me. It's the two-legged ones (usually from the city) that worry me and is a major reason why I pack a semi auto 12Ga while out and about. Be safe!
England has more restrictive gun laws. I agree, though. I would never be in a situation like that voluntarily without a fire arm. But I'm also American. :P

Get some fishing line and empty cans with stones in them. Set up a perimeter and camouflage the lines. If anyone's about they always set off the lines. Set them at ankle height. An old trick i learned in the army 👍👍
What in the world was the weird anomalies coming out of the ground on the right bottom side of the screen @ the 20:17 time stamp??? There was an orb that appeared @ the same time as the others were passing into frame! More in the middle of screen. Then it disappears shortly after! The most terrifying thing is that you can't hear any footsteps - even though there are lots of dry leaves around. And at one point that voice was so loud and so close, as if you were about to collide with someone...

I once read somewhere that spirits make a whisling noise as they start to make an appearance, it was creepy just watching so well done you for getting your little girl and yourself to safety❤

That was pretty wild. Hard to tell if that was crying or sad singing. Legion is right. When you can't hear the footfalls, it's hard to tell how close they may have come. Glad you got out without incident.
You're incredibly brave to go towards the sound. This reminds me of RDR2 - When Arthur is alone at night in the swamps, he hears the woman in white crying and singing in the distance but if he gets too close, she vanishes. Really creepy. Always remember those sounds could be there to lure you in - not scare you away. Always best to just leave. And the glowing eyes at the end that quickly vanish when you shine your torch on them again? What even was that? A cat? It moves so quickly.

You helped me get through a difficult period a few months ago my mate. Just wanted to say thank you and to never lose your sense of humor & adventurous spirit.
I had a very similar experience in a haunted Sierra Nevada valley called "Hope Valley" where I have have seen many strange phenomena. My girlfriend and I were sleeping in our tent when a woman, standing outside our tent, said in a highly melodic voice "Hello there?" and we were both hit with cold chills. i got out of the tent, only to find no one else there. My cousin, in his tent, also heard the voice and none of us heard anyone walking away. This all happened around one or two in the morning. It sounds to me like you captured a spirit woman in your recordings. Excellent captures of those sounds as well. Such clear recordings are comparatively hard to capture. Full on EVP/Paranormal capture! I am writing a book on Electronic Voice Phenomena and would like to mention this particular video in my book if that is alright with you since it is such a wonderful set of captures you made. This truly is some excellent evidence you caught.

That it went from moaning/singing to whistling definitely makes it seem like someone was screwing with you. What's really damn creepy is the fact it sounded like it was changing positions and at one point sounded like it was right next to you!
Idk but where I’m southern USA it’s pretty know in naturist it’s a bad omen to whistle at night. You’re also not supposed to acknowledge it if you hear it.
Who in their right minds, would walk around in the pitch black, no torch to see where they were going just to prank someone? Also, you would hear the rustling of dead branches if people were walking about. If this was fake, I can't see how they did it.

One interesting thing to me. As someone who watches a lot of paranormal stuff. Is your mic picks up your sound, and the surrounding sound 10x better than the "pros" audio. It makes you wonder about some things... That legit sounded like someone whimpering outside your tent. Clear as can be. Just wow. Love the videos!
I’m a paranormal fan too and yeah that is the clearest audio I’ve ever heard. Also don’t you think if it was a spirit person, they didn’t seem to hear or react to him saying hello 🤔 could of been that woman who h**g herself sad about what she did because she is trapped there now? @@Lanipax could have been, I was thinking this - from the first sounds it's almost like a dull humming/ singing to a tune, but then after he first says hello it is almost like it's at this point when it starts whimpering almost, then sounding more sad and afraid - by the time it got onto whistling it for sure seemed like whatever was making the noise couldn't hear Gaz... very interesting. I could almost just about recognise an old melody in the singing, just around 17:20, but I can't figure out what I know it to be...
@@Lanipax some hauntings are just an imprint left in time to replay...I believe it is called a residual haunting like playing on a loop...an echo unlike active hauntings where there can be a little more chaos items moved orbs or sometimes shadows lurking to full abritions
I watch all the Paranormal programmes and all the TH-cam people that do it. It would've been great if he had a spirit talker. Or an EVP of some sort. I definitely got the feeling of a women in distress and crying. Could you image the state you'd have to be in to hang yourself? I think him being there himself has triggered the spirit, lost, looking for comfort.

This was really spooky, Fendy looked worried! I think the whistling was even creepier than the crying or whatever that was. The greedy dog Lady knew you were there though, maybe just someone trying to scare you out? Although you didn't see anybody and it kept up and even got louder as you were looking around. You should go back with someone else along and see what happens.

I have two experiences with something I can't explain, both times left me terrified like no other time in my life. You hear some people say they saw a ghost they don't seem put out at all. It's like," this headless guy came down the stairs, with his head under his arm, and I said that's a bit odd and went back to bed".I could see you were genuinely on edge and want to find out what it was.

That gave me the shivers..could it have been something to do with the woman whos dog eat your food. She clearly knows her way round.Could she & some others have come bk to scared you. 😱😱😱. The sound got really loud right next to you when you were walking around with the camera. What blew it away was the straight up whistling. It didn’t sound like an animal. It would have to be a person or a spirit. And whatever it was, I believe was trying to frighten you or get you to go somewhere to find it. I’m glad you and Fendi left. She looked worried too. To me it sounded like they were whining then saying something or doing a “ta ta ta” singing. The whistling was crazy. 😮💕💕
I experienced the exact same thing in my own house periodically in 2020 and 2021. The sound of a little girl humming. Always late at night or very early in the morning. One morning I even heard her speak words. Let's just say I now know the afterlife is very real.
Yes, I did try to communicate with her. Some nights when I'd hear the humming, I would say, "you have a very pretty voice. What is your name?" One night I was in bed, my wife would often get up and go sleep on the couch. I woke up early in the morning and I whispered, "Are you still here, can you here me?". Instantly, I got a response, "yes I'm here, can you hear me?". But it wasn't my wife, it was the little girl. I completely froze up, terrified. I couldn't even speak it was so shocking. But she was never scary and I never felt evil. She honestly seemed kind and innocent.
This went on for a year at least. I often get acid reflex at night and I often sit up in bed to feel better during the night. One night I was tossing and turning, half asleep. I kind of half woke up and while lying on my side, I heard, VERY clearly, "why don't you try sitting up straight, maybe that would help you feel better." The voice was the little girl again and it came from the corner of the bedroom by my head. It felt like she was standing right next to me. Of course that absolutely shocked me again.
This all culminated with an amazing experience at the end. Every Friday night I stay up late playing computer games with my brothers online. On one of these nights, about 11:30, I came upstairs and decided to sleep on the couch so as to not wake my wife. After being asleep a short time, but I had this "dream" but it wasn't a dream as you would normally define it. It felt extremely real. In the dream, I was in my house, on the couch lying there exactly where I was sleeping, but it was daylight. I sat up and looked through the French glass doors into the back room of our house (we use it for some storage). I got up and walked to the doors and there was what appeared to be an inflated balloon being played with. When I opened the French doors and stepped in, the room changed. It was filled with other furniture, a day bed and toys and things on the floor. In the corner was a young girl playing with the balloon. As soon as I saw he I knew she was the spirit girl. She had long brown hair with lighter highlights. I began to ask her questions because I wanted to find out who she was in life. I asked her name. She responded, "Anna Parkinson". I asked her birthday. She told me October, 5, 1974. She told me her mom was named Amy and she said her father was only her step dad. She said she had visited my house when she was young and liked it, but she passed away when she was young, but never told me a date. After that I told her that she was welcome to stay in our home and we didn't mind her. Then it ended and I woke up on my couch. It felt so real, it was incredible. I grabbed my phone and wrote it all down in my email. The time was 1:35 am on June 27, 2021. After that event, everything stopped. I never heard from her again. Perhaps my questioning reminded her of what she needed to do? Perhaps she left to be with her family? I don't know.

Doesn't matter what it was, woman in white or someone trying to jerk with ya, it was down right creepy. Been a while. Recovering from a freak accident myself. At first I thought perhaps it was wind, but hearing the sounds more closely, yup, crying. The whistling tune at the end just added to the creepiness. Don't blame you for calling it. Fox at the end? Nope. You were not going crazy.

OMG! I was really scared for Fendy and you. At first I thought it was a wounded animal standing right next to you. What a precious girl Fendy is, so quiet and watching your every move knowing that Daddy will protect her at all cost. Can’t believe how fast you were packed up and to your car. Leaving was the only option with no way of defending yourself and Fendy from a Ghost. My heart sank when you went to investigate, how brave I thought. I would have left everything except Fendy and went back at daylight to retrieve camping gear. You are so brave!

You stayed longer than I would have. That scared me and I'm all snug in my bed. That had to have been ghost. It sounded like a little girl singing one minute then the next a woman crying. The whistling I have not a clue . Another great video. I would have to take someone with me on these camping trips.
As a frequent deep woods camper, it is allways a bit spooky. I have never let the sounds of the forest scare me out. There is always strang sounds in the night, but over time you get use to them. I have encounterd deer,elk,Bob cats,bear and many critters that rome in the night.
Really spooky. This happens in woods all across the globe. Recently I was camping in a jungle (partly cleared) in a remote part of India. We were three then. As darkness fell we heard a spooky sound approaching near. The sound was like somebody or some kind of animal growling. It was getting louder and louder. We already came to know that there was hardly any animal in that wood. That situation was exactly what we always read or heard in folklores when we were younger. Our nerves gave in and we had to leave immediately. As we were almost running back to the fairly inhabited part of the land, the sound followed us for quite sometime and was coming near and near. Later we learned that several people went missing over the years in that part of the wood while camping. Wished we had known about it earlier. I still consider myself lucky. The easiest way to survive in this kind of situation is to come out of your egoistic shell and quit asap, as you cannot fight "them".
It sounded VERY close!! That was not another person, he would have caught it on camera or with his flashlight. You can tell his sense of urgency to get out of there what's the real deal and he was terrified.

You can tell Fendy is an “only child” because when you have multiple dogs (like me) they chow down all their food at mealtime so the others don’t get it. LOL.

Wow, that was strange for sure. Part of it almost sounded like humming. I almost thought I saw an image of something white when you were planning the camera. It wasn't as tall as the white trees. But it was a fleeting moment. The whistling... well we know what whistling at night is summoning..... nothing good. Glad you two are ok.
It was like the noise was coming from your camp. Each time you moved away the sound got quieter and quieter. When you want back to camp, it came back. It must have been somewhere from the camp. My rational mind says it was the way the wind was hitting the cross lines of your tarp. Which may explain why it changed to a whistling afterwards - you were sat directly in the wind flow. However, my racing mind thinks what you caught on camera was pretty awesome and pretty compelling evidence of something paranormal, amazing! Awesome! And pretty unnerving all in one! Dude, I just found your channel and it’s pretty incredible. One, you capture some of the most incredible scenery I’ve ever seen. Two, you seem very down to earth and appreciative of the life you live. Which is a godsend in this day and age. OH!! I quite agree with you. Camping out is suppose to be relaxing and carefree. Following one's instincts whether to stay or leave depends on what is going on. It's better to get away from a scary or bad event going on, then be foolish and remain in place. There's being a lot of unexplainable things happening to people out camping anymore. 1. Song was a pretty rendition of "Creep" 2. That sunset was absolutely gorgeous - like fire in the sky! 3. Those woods are haunted as hell. This video GENUINELY scared me. I would have left, too. It sounded like a crying, sad woman. Very, very spooky and even Fendy looked scared.

I live in West Central Alberta, Canada, in the foothills of the Rocky mountains, where my nearest human neightbour is well over a 30 minute drive away. It's sure neat to see a tamed forest, with a town only a mile away at best, and to which you can scope out girls showering in their homes lol. You are a brave man for traipsing around, unarmed, in secluded areas like that.
I live with grizzlies, black bears, cougars, lynx, coyotes, and wolves to name a few common predators on my land, and none of them really worry me.
It's the two-legged ones (usually from the city) that worry me and is a major reason why I pack a semi auto 12Ga while out and about.

Get some fishing line and empty cans with stones in them. Set up a perimeter and camouflage the lines. If anyone's about they always set off the lines. Set them at ankle height. An old trick i learned in the army 👍👍

That was pretty wild. Hard to tell if that was crying or sad singing. Legion is right. When you can't hear the footfalls, it's hard to tell how close they may have come. Glad you got out without incident.
You're incredibly brave to go towards the sound. This reminds me of RDR2 - When Arthur is alone at night in the swamps, he hears the woman in white crying and singing in the distance but if he gets too close, she vanishes. Really creepy. Always remember those sounds could be there to lure you in - not scare you away. Always best to just leave.
And the glowing eyes at the end that quickly vanish when you shine your torch on them again? What even was that? A cat? It moves so quickly.
The swamps in that game give me real life shivers, the bodies hanging in the trees? Yikes.

I had a very similar experience in a haunted Sierra Nevada valley called "Hope Valley" where I have have seen many strange phenomena. My girlfriend and I were sleeping in our tent when a woman, standing outside our tent, said in a highly melodic voice "Hello there?" and we were both hit with cold chills. i got out of the tent, only to find no one else there. My cousin, in his tent, also heard the voice and none of us heard anyone walking away. This all happened around one or two in the morning. It sounds to me like you captured a spirit woman in your recordings. Excellent captures of those sounds as well. Such clear recordings are comparatively hard to capture. Full on EVP/Paranormal capture! I am writing a book on Electronic Voice Phenomena and would like to mention this particular video in my book if that is alright with you since it is such a wonderful set of captures you made. This truly is some excellent evidence you caught.

That it went from moaning/singing to whistling definitely makes it seem like someone was screwing with you. What's really damn creepy is the fact it sounded like it was changing positions and at one point sounded like it was right next to you!

Who in their right minds, would walk around in the pitch black, no torch to see where they were going just to prank someone? Also, you would hear the rustling of dead branches if people were walking about. If this was fake, I can't see how they did it.

One interesting thing to me. As someone who watches a lot of paranormal stuff. Is your mic picks up your sound, and the surrounding sound 10x better than the "pros" audio. It makes you wonder about some things... That legit sounded like someone whimpering outside your tent. Clear as can be. Just wow. Love the videos!

@@Lanipax could have been, I was thinking this - from the first sounds it's almost like a dull humming/ singing to a tune, but then after he first says hello it is almost like it's at this point when it starts whimpering almost, then sounding more sad and afraid - by the time it got onto whistling it for sure seemed like whatever was making the noise couldn't hear Gaz... very interesting. I could almost just about recognise an old melody in the singing, just around 17:20, but I can't figure out what I know it to be...
@@Lanipax some hauntings are just an imprint left in time to replay...I believe it is called a residual haunting like playing on a loop...an echo unlike active hauntings where there can be a little more chaos items moved orbs or sometimes shadows lurking to full abritions
I watch all the Paranormal programmes and all the TH-cam people that do it. It would've been great if he had a spirit talker. Or an EVP of some sort. I definitely got the feeling of a women in distress and crying. Could you image the state you'd have to be in to hang yourself? I think him being there himself has triggered the spirit, lost, looking for comfort.
What goes on in front of the camera and what goes on off the camera are two entirely different things.

The greedy dog Lady knew you were there though, maybe just someone trying to scare you out? Although you didn't see anybody and it kept up and even got louder as you were looking around. I have two experiences with something I can't explain, both times left me terrified like no other time in my life. You hear some people say they saw a ghost they don't seem put out at all. It's like," this headless guy came down the stairs, with his head under his arm, and I said that's a bit odd and went back to bed".I could see you were genuinely on edge and want to find out what it was.

😱😱😱. The sound got really loud right next to you when you were walking around with the camera. What blew it away was the straight up whistling. It didn’t sound like an animal. It would have to be a person or a spirit. And whatever it was, I believe was trying to frighten you or get you to go somewhere to find it. I’m glad you and Fendi left. She looked worried too. To me it sounded like they were whining then saying something or doing a “ta ta ta” singing. The whistling was crazy. 😮💕💕

I experienced the exact same thing in my own house periodically in 2020 and 2021. The sound of a little girl humming. Always late at night or very early in the morning. One morning I even heard her speak words.
Let's just say I now know the afterlife is very real.

Yes, I did try to communicate with her. Some nights when I'd hear the humming, I would say, "you have a very pretty voice. What is your name?"
One night I was in bed, my wife would often get up and go sleep on the couch. I woke up early in the morning and I whispered, "Are you still here, can you here me?". Instantly, I got a response, "yes I'm here, can you hear me?". But it wasn't my wife, it was the little girl.
I completely froze up, terrified. I couldn't even speak it was so shocking. But she was never scary and I never felt evil. She honestly seemed kind and innocent.
This went on for a year at least. I often get acid reflex at night and I often sit up in bed to feel better during the night. One night I was tossing and turning, half asleep. I kind of half woke up and while lying on my side, I heard, VERY clearly, "why don't you try sitting up straight, maybe that would help you feel better." The voice was the little girl again and it came from the corner of the bedroom by my head. It felt like she was standing right next to me. Of course that absolutely shocked me again.
This all culminated with an amazing experience at the end.
Every Friday night I stay up late playing computer games with my brothers online.
On one of these nights, about 11:30, I came upstairs and decided to sleep on the couch so as to not wake my wife. After being asleep a short time, but I had this "dream" but it wasn't a dream as you would normally define it. It felt extremely real. In the dream, I was in my house, on the couch lying there exactly where I was sleeping, but it was daylight. I sat up and looked through the French glass doors into the back room of our house (we use it for some storage). I got up and walked to the doors and there was what appeared to be an inflated balloon being played with. When I opened the French doors and stepped in, the room changed. It was filled with other furniture, a day bed and toys and things on the floor. In the corner was a young girl playing with the balloon.
As soon as I saw he I knew she was the spirit girl. She had long brown hair with lighter highlights. I began to ask her questions because I wanted to find out who she was in life. I asked her name. She responded, "Anna Parkinson". I asked her birthday. She told me October, 5, 1974. She told me her mom was named Amy and she said her father was only her step dad. She said she had visited my house when she was young and liked it, but she passed away when she was young, but never told me a date.
After that I told her that she was welcome to stay in our home and we didn't mind her. Then it ended and I woke up on my couch. It felt so real, it was incredible. I grabbed my phone and wrote it all down in my email. The time was 1:35 am on June 27, 2021.
After that event, everything stopped. I never heard from her again. Perhaps my questioning reminded her of what she needed to do? Perhaps she left to be with her family? I don't know.

OMG! I was really scared for Fendy and you. At first I thought it was a wounded animal standing right next to you. What a precious girl Fendy is, so quiet and watching your every move knowing that Daddy will protect her at all cost. Can’t believe how fast you were packed up and to your car. Leaving was the only option with no way of defending yourself and Fendy from a Ghost. My heart sank when you went to investigate, how brave I thought. I would have left everything except Fendy and went back at daylight to retrieve camping gear. You are so brave!

As a frequent deep woods camper, it is allways a bit spooky. I have never let the sounds of the forest scare me out. There is always strang sounds in the night, but over time you get use to them. I have encounterd deer,elk,Bob cats,bear and many critters that rome in the night.
Really spooky. This happens in woods all across the globe. Recently I was camping in a jungle (partly cleared) in a remote part of India. We were three then. As darkness fell we heard a spooky sound approaching near. The sound was like somebody or some kind of animal growling. It was getting louder and louder. We already came to know that there was hardly any animal in that wood. That situation was exactly what we always read or heard in folklores when we were younger. Our nerves gave in and we had to leave immediately. As we were almost running back to the fairly inhabited part of the land, the sound followed us for quite sometime and was coming near and near. Later we learned that several people went missing over the years in that part of the wood while camping. Wished we had known about it earlier. I still consider myself lucky. The easiest way to survive in this kind of situation is to come out of your egoistic shell and quit asap, as you cannot fight "them".

Wow, that was super creepy! Don't blame you for leaving! (You'd never sleep.) To me, it sounds like a woman or child humming. And there was no movement sounds like crunching leaves. So I'd say that's the best recorded ghost sounds! Thanks for sharing! Keep up the great work!

You can tell Fendy is an “only child” because when you have multiple dogs (like me) they chow down all their food at mealtime so the others don’t get it. LOL.

Wow, that was strange for sure. Part of it almost sounded like humming. I almost thought I saw an image of something white when you were planning the camera. It wasn't as tall as the white trees. But it was a fleeting moment. The whistling... well we know what whistling at night is summoning..... nothing good. Glad you two are ok.

It was like the noise was coming from your camp. Each time you moved away the sound got quieter and quieter. When you want back to camp, it came back. It must have been somewhere from the camp. My rational mind says it was the way the wind was hitting the cross lines of your tarp. Which may explain why it changed to a whistling afterwards - you were sat directly in the wind flow. However, my racing mind thinks what you caught on camera was pretty awesome and pretty compelling evidence of something paranormal, amazing! Awesome! And pretty unnerving all in one! Thanks for sharing Gaz.

Get yourself a pair of night vision goggles, or thermal binoculars. That way you can see in the dark, and know what's around you.
You know when you try to be all logical and think, nah it’s just the wind but that whistling creeped me out!! I’m wondering if it’s a local bunch trying to creep you out being it’s so close to the town? Who knows! You did the right thing I’d of never even picked up my gear I’d of run with the little doggie in one hand and the saw in the other 😱 😂😂😂😂😂 new subscriber here.

Dude, I just found your channel and it’s pretty incredible. One, you capture some of the most incredible scenery I’ve ever seen. Two, you seem very down to earth and appreciative of the life you live. Which is a godsend in this day and age. Like you say, there’s a lot of negativity online and even walking around the planet… So when somebody can turn that off in order to enjoy life to its fullest, I’m on board.

Wow! That was awesome . I've been wanting to do some camps (like you) with my dog but I always say to myself what if something like THAT happened... Your a lot braver than you think not only solo camping in a haunted location you then actually hear something as creepy as that and go to investigate the noise alone in the middle of a haunted wood .. I would have been out of there like a shot..... I dip my cap to you sir... Great channel buddy, stay safe.

This is freaky as hell. It’s a reminder to me why I don’t wildcamp stealth camp anymore. I think you did the right thing by bugging the hell outta there. If it were a person messing around or something it’s not nice trying to camp out with that going on.

OH!! I quite agree with you. Camping out is suppose to be relaxing and carefree. Following one's instincts whether to stay or leave depends on what is going on. It's better to get away from a scary or bad event going on, then be foolish and remain in place. There's being a lot of unexplainable things happening to people out camping anymore.
