The best thing about Ed and Alara's relationship (calm down, shippers) is just how much they respect each other. To Ed, Alara is a damn good security officer and that's it. Anything a member of the Union wants can be made with a synthesizer for energy, and energy is cheap. If all your needs can be met without money then the only thing to work for is the need to be involved with society. Which is a real need. There are probably a lot of humans who are "gainfully unemployed" and simply enjoying life. Probably a lot more who work because they feel they need to in order to be whole people. What you don't have is people working jobs they hate because it's either that or starve.

Good ol' Seth being serious is weird lmao
She is very beautiful.
I wouldn't mind a strong girl. then I wouldn't get looked at like I'm the bad guy when I tackle them in football.
I keep thinking this is Star Trek
It IS Star Trek. They just can't call it that for legal reasons.

Alara is the daughter Ed never had
Wea can I watch it
Alara was the best
I don't understand why they had to replace Alara with an exact copy. Seriously, what was the idea?
The actress became unavailable, sadly.
the writers really nailed it. now compare with Burnam.
Aren't they dating in real life?
Those rumors were never confirmed
@@alarakitan4991 hehehehe, I see what you just did. (Wink)
Would be a bit weird with the 20 year age gap and all
She was a great character. it's just too bad Seth Macfarlane got tired of sleeping with her actress and wrote her out of the show.
I liked her so much. I wish that she had stayed on the show, as she was perfect for the job. I don’t really like the new girl. There is just something about her that is off to me. She may grow on me, but I liked Alara right off the bat. I hope that she is doing well.
Thought they was going to get together
I miss , her
Why ship everything everyone like thers different kinds of love not just romantic and caring about each other and admiration and so on isn't romance stop ruining good relationships ,i f despise shippers they ruin everything they have no brain.

Imagine if Staples and OfficeMax controlled the world through their monopoly on printer technology, but you came from a world where every desktop had a printer attached. When visiting, you’d need printer tokens to get anything printed.
They also could just be trust fund babies. “It’s just one banana. How much could it cost-ten dollars?”
Even in outer space women are a PITA!!!!!!
