Gordon is the best bro ever. We all need a friend like him, he's super talented, funny, friendly and modest through it all. We should all aspire to be like gordon
I’m just gonna say it, when he’s yelling at Isaac for amputating his leg he sounds almost like Steve Smith. He actually sounds like he’s actively trying not to sound like Steve when he’s yelling. And Seth sounds just like Brian when he says what the hell
almost steve smith when he said 'where the hell is it?' and gordon's singing voice sound very much alike with steve smith, i know he voices him and seth you can't remove brian on his speaking voice
I freaking love the Orville it just gets better and better. Great cast, great characters, great writing just the best sci-fi drama ever made. Well done to all involved in the making.
I don't understand the issue....Gordon added body parts to Isaac while Isaac was sleeping. So Isaac took away Gordon's body part while Gordon was sleeping. Seems equitable 🤷😂
3:48 I always like to think since Issac intentionally left his body at that point he left the sensors on and recording so when he got back to it he could review what he missed.
I don't usually laugh, regardless of how funny I think something is, if I am watching TV alone, but I cracked up when I saw Gordon with his missing leg.
0:44 John LaMarr reacting to Gordon Malloys worst brunch scenario makes him reply "That just made me want to kill myself" only for the next cut scene too play. Isaac.. "Their is a small port on the lower hull". I lost it🤣🤣🤣
Would honestly prefer a series set circa. STO aboard the 1701-F or one where we follow a character designed and chosen by the fans from our training cruise aboard a Miranda (or a ship with a better reputation for not blowing up a lot) all the way to the second Klingon Civil War. And hopefully it’ll be completely made by the fans
The spider egg sack laying an eggs in side him is something as when we was kids we all thought could happen and thought the same that part made me laugh so much. Just like if we swallowed a pip from an apple and would grow inside us into a tree lol
@@almishti i must of swallowed a lot of water melon seeds then as i liked them as a kid and now that explained why i look pregnant and there's me thinking it's because of my underactive thyroid gland lol
Didn’t add the funniest line in the entire series!! When they are on the 2 dimensional world and he asks if 4 dimensional people can see what we do under the covers.
In the series he is 46, on Earth he was 56. He was to die at 96. But alas. He was rescued from the time travel. So on the Orville, he plays 46ish...Real age today is 51. Oh yeah, 'Spoiler' And he was married to Adrianne Palicki. But they split. what a loss...
It never sat right with me what the Orville did to Gordon , when he had a family and was happy they pulled him back , after he pleaded them not to , I don’t understand why they didn’t just bring everyone back, the marriage and kids weren’t meant to exists anyway , so set the time line right by taking them with you , anyway that episode really bothered me I hope they go back to it to show they still exist
He's right, though. Since regenerating a limb is possible with their technology, Isaac taking his limb was one of the best practical jokes ever, if a bit overly harsh.
0:56 cut and than isaac "there is a small porthole on the side..." is it weird that i thought he gonna sugest to use the porthole for the potential suicide lamar mentioned?
I am very much still in possession of both my legs so I have no idea what its like to balance with one leg, but I feel like we should've seen Gordon fall over a few times. Watch the scene before they green screened his leg out, and then rewatch the scene as we see it in the show and you can see him using the weight of the leg to balance.
"your statement is confusing, has the captain entered dorulio in some way?"
"Not yet"

" Do you wanna BANG Derulio ?"
"Bang, be banged why you so hung up on labels man ?"

Seth and Scott do the voices for them. I can't tell if you know that or you just think they coincidentally sound alike.

How the guy who wrote fartjokes and overstretched family guy episodes wrote something as good as the Orville
I wish McFarland would do something creative.

Sci-fi comedy drama
Gordon is so precious! I love how he and Ed share half a braincell
Dunno, not saying that Gordon gets _too much_ 'exposure', but IMHO sometimes a 'little' bit of Gordon goes a long way.
@@LowenKM he's what keeps the Orville unique. Him and Yaphit
That's funny...

“That’s a brand new leg!!”
Weird that none of them found that statement weird
@joimumu Krell regularly detatch and grow new limbs like a star fish. Its why they stabbed him there. They consider it non-vital and just annoying.
3:20 - Steve Smith. He went full Steve right there 😂
Lol reminds me of Haley Joel osment when he goes accidental Sora.
I heard full Steve Smith....every time he yells. HAHAHA
A Gordon and Isaac prank war would be amazing.
It ends really quick

Such a great cast for the show, and his lines are written solid. Dig this character for sure.
also, yer editing skills is choice btw.
I think Gordon might be my favorite, but then I remember Isaac. And Bortus. And Topa. And Captain Mercer. It's hard to pick just one.

disagree but i will say they are both good.
@Cyrus McWind put your tin foil hat on i dont care about your politics
I agree the new Star Trek is god awful. Still been enjoying Orville, DS-9, Next Gen, and Voyageur.
YOU WILL BE SILENT!!!
One of the best characters I have ever had the pleasure of watching in a show.

He is a completely different character from the Archie Morris character in ER. What a good actor Scott Grimes is!!
All I can hear is Steve Smith when he's freaking out. 😂
Sometimes when Seth is complaining he sounds like Brian
The practical joke was one of the funniest things ever on TV
I could watch the Orville forever....
Not gonna lie, the leg prank was really good
gordon malloy would fit right in on the starship enterprise
More like on "Voyager." His personality as a 'pilot with rebellious streak' shares many similarities w/Tom Paris IMO
It’s so awesome that Scott grimes the voice of Steve smith and Seth macflare the voice of Stan smith on American dad are reunited
Mike Henry is also on the show..he plays dan
Gordon being eaten by the giant spider reminds me of tommy lee jones in men in black.
that leg thing is hilarious
Has the captain enter Mr, Darulio in some fashion? ..... Not yet... That has got to be one of the funniest pieces of dialog I've ever heard!!! ROTFL
Gordon and John. The most unexpected bromance. 👀
To be fair, the Dr can regenerate the leg. So it's a lot less impactful than it would be to a 2020 human!
I love Gordon so much and it makes it even better that the actor also plays sgt Malarkey in the BoB show
10:16: Since they're both Fox properties, how cool would it have been to have a Xenomorph come out of the elevator?

There are so many great scenes with Gordon! I wish this was longer than it is...
Yes, the first season was a bit cheesy and campy, but the humor (for me) was spot-on. It seems like this perception varies from person to person.
Alara , you're my favorite character of the Orville series. Charly Burke is so close behind. Watch out as I never heard you sing.
