  • A while back I had the opportunity to fly in the Bentonite Hills in Southern Utah. This place is absolutely unreal, it feels like you're on another planet! Enjoy this 4K video!

    Crazy beautiful! Amazing video! We have a trip planned in the Spring and doing research on best way to access. What time of day did you shoot this video to capture the vibrant colors?

    Can you drive a car here to see it? If so, where is this located?

    Hi, I'm going on a trip to Colorado and Utah in a few weeks and wanted to visit this place. From your experience do you think a regular car can handle the drive to the hills? I've done some research and been seeing mixed messages on type of vehicles that can handle the drive.

    I am wondering if you can see these colors from the ground? Is it worth driving there to see it from the ground, like, is there a nice viewpoint?

    • @JohnConrad

      The colors are amazing from the ground. Lots of great viewpoints in the area!

      If you like this, there is also the Painted Hills in Arizona, North of Flagstaff. Colors and formations are different, alot of purples, etc. But beautiful and God's country too. Not sure if you can hike there though. It's Navajo land. But you can see quite a bit from the highway.

    do you have to do some color editing to get the blue tones? I see other photos and videos that make it look like there isn't any blue

    How long of a hike was it to get to the top

      Not bad at all, the road is within a mile of these hills, sometimes much closer than that. Just depends on how many of the hills you want to explore!

    In some parts of your photografies the hills looked kind of ornaments or jewellery.But why did you drive with your car so far onto the mountain instead of hiking?

    • @JohnConrad
      @JohnConrad  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We just drove on the existing road that traverses these hills.
