Hi do you have a wiring diagram and parts listed somewhere that I can access. Most definitely the best oven build I've seen on youtube and I would like to get started building my own.
Hi Martin, Yes the heat elements should not exceed or be higher then the lower 25% of the oven (bottom quarter) heat rises and will insure a even heat. Cheers!
Hi Brandyn, yes all 4 burners ran off one plug rated for 50amps (not a range plug) Range plugs usually rated @ 30amp. Always check with a licensed electrician.
Hi I will send you a copy of a electrical diagram. You should have a licensed electrician help you if you never worked with 220 volts ( dangerous and can kill you) Please be careful!

Hi Tom I did send you the wiring diagram. Unfortunately I do not have a part list.
@@welding2go I never received it...
Check on Instagram .
@@welding2go hello may I also get a copy of that wiring diagram please..much appreciated
I would also like a wiring diagram if you wouldn't mind
Great work
Where did yu get the galvanized sheet??
Thanks! Don’t use galvanized! The sheets are Cold press metal.
Your local metal shop should have it. Metal supermarket
Galvanized metal when heated Releases toxic fumes. Hot roll or cold press would be my recommendation.
Ok cool Thank yu I will start my search
Where did you get the mounting brackets for the heating element
I made them.
do the elements have to be at the way bottom?
Hi Martin, Yes the heat elements should not exceed or be higher then the lower 25% of the oven (bottom quarter) heat rises and will insure a even heat. Cheers!
Are all 4 elements ran off of 1 plug? Like a range plug?
Hi Brandyn, yes all 4 burners ran off one plug rated for 50amps (not a range plug) Range plugs usually rated @ 30amp. Always check with a licensed electrician.
#Welding2go do you know how many amps does it draw with 2 and 4 elements running ?
2 burners 25 amp
4 burners 50 amp
@240
Require 60amp breaker
Running the oven @ 400F I was at 46.9 amp
Where have you buy the terminal block ? TY

Why 10ga high temp? At 240v, you're only drawing 10 amps per coil.
where did you buy the tubular heater?
Hope that helps.
If you need a link please let me know.

No sorry, I can send you a wiring diagram if that helps?
TURN UP YOUR MIG WIRE SPEED... I CAN SEE AND HEAR ITS TOO SLOW.. OTHERWISE, NICE BUILD..
Your right ! Dialed up the speed, much cleaner weld! Thank you I enjoyed building it.
Where to get the heating element sir?
I used a LG heat elements . You can find them on line or Amazon also has them.
@@welding2go tnx sir.
What do you think this costs to build?
About $4200.00
@welding2go thanks for the reply. It's sweet looking oven you built. I like the four heating elements.
Thank you 👍🏼
How much would u charge to build?
Hi Mike it would be $8500.00
Mike I just listed it for sale.
Can i get a copy of your wiring diagram also thanks
Yes, message me on Instagram and I’ll send you a copy
@@welding2go I Will do that thanks
Would it be ok if you could share the diagram and list of materials needed?
Hi, I don’t have a diagram but I can give you a list of materials I used. I’ll make a list and send it to you. Email me @ welding2go@gmail.com
I suggest that you invite them to follow the channel and watch the build. Thanks
Hello what are the specs of the heating elements?
Hello they are 3000w @ 240v per element .
How kWh do these elements if all are working spent per hour?
And the last thing what are your oven dimensions?
The oven @ 400F is drawing about 52 amps with all 4 elements running. Oven reach temp in 20mins.
So at current rate of electricity, I’m guessing about $1:15 per hour
Interior dimensions 4’x4’x6.7’
Can you email me the the wiring diagram ? Thanks
Message me on Instagram and I’ll send you the diagram thx
