Plus with invisalign you stop when you feel you´ve reached your goal so it will be September when it´s fully finished. But my upper and bottom have expanded and the teeth are looking fab.

If you decide to do invisalign be prepared to wear retainers the rest of your life at night. Teeth do spread with age. Thats the only down part. But nothing comes without a cost. I have had two sets put on: The first one was so painful it kept knicking the underside of my tongue and tore my frenulum but it did the most movement. My diastema started closing and the crowding on the lower half of it started spacing out. The second set which was two weeks delayed (so no expanders for two weeks), it did barely any expanding, if anything it reversed some of the changes. **Now I use a retainer everynight to keep my teeth from shifting back. TBH I find it a waste of my $$$ and I should've saved up a bit more for the full metal braces.

I think it cost around, CAD$2500-3000 for the two sets when braces go from CAD$4000-6000. It isn't a big difference if you want a permanent change. My smile is slightly wider, something I only notice but the teeth remain wonky all over. Trust me, just get braces for the best effect.

Braces; 2 teeth on the top and 2 teeth in the bottom were removed to make room for over crowded teeth when I was 17. Now I feel as if my palate is too narrow and it creates those damn shadows in the corners of my mouth when I smile. Hence the reason I feel as if I don’t have a full healthy looking smile that fills my whole mouth. This may be the solution as I do like the way her smile afterwards fills more of mouth upon smiling than it did before.

It may seem like that initially but it’s just the lighting and skin tone differences that make it seem that way. The after is better in the long not only for oral health but for aging and her facial support
