Amazing how knowledgable and measured he is, it really takes a certain kind of cunning to know when to put the hammer down. Ben's prediction for Beixalis was spot on, Kuss gapped Valverde at the end of that climb, had 25 seconds at the summit, and held that advantage to the finish line. Thanks for this great video, really unique to get a peek at what the training pedagogy is like for Grand Tour riders. Those 4-minute sets sound absolutely filthy, can't imagine being able to repeatedly put out that kind of work. Oh, and those roads and views have me absolutely itching to get out for a ride!

Great Video! Don`t know how you keep the camera so stable! Seems in Andorra you are either climbing or descending? - bit like where I live in Settle, North Yorkshire - which is why at age 78 I have bought an E bike!
