Did you get started buddy? Interested to see how it’s going ? I’m obsessing about starting up this business , I’ve done around 50 hours research in the last week or so
not sure but figure id give ya a tip. if you don't have access to a torch and the spicket is frozen, get some hot hot water and slowly let it trickle on the faucet and it unfreezes the pipe, works well in very cold temps.
I made my own buffer tank after arriving at a house with bugger all pressure. It was all tank fed, no outside tap and a 'designer tap' in the kitchen so couldn't fit an adapter. A 30 litre plasterers bucket and a compact ballcock and I was sorted. But I like the wheelie bin option, much better reserve.
I set my business up in February this year, just uploaded a video on the way I built my business up! Best thing I ever did was start an external cleaning business.
I started with a wilks-USA and now have an honda gx370 and it’s brilliant

How was the wilks usa? I'm interested in the tx 850? Can the hose be extended. I'm a plumber and I'd like to use it to hydrojett pipes to clear blockages in the drain

Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well th-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.

The portable bin is a genius idea. Especially if working with a small truck.
Yes but apparently a water level valve is better for the refill cause the one in the video takes longer to fill up. The other type of levelling valve lets through as much as water like a tap until the water level hits the bottom of the valve.
Its not just a bin its a V Tuff bin😂

Yeah it's similar to the ones we have here, just smaller.
It's ideal really, useful to have wheels, and good storage for hoses & stuff 👌

If you have this type of pump that returns the water to the tank when the trigger isn`t pulled do you really need that easy start valve ?

Just curious, how much fuel does the pressure washer uses? And what are your thoughts on petrol vs diesel engines for pressure washer.
Diesels are only really good for hot water, and can sometimes be a headache, Honda petrol is about the best

Would a KARCHER electric pressure washer do the trick?
It would, depending on the surface, but you'd be there for a very long time.
If you're buying new, I would purchase a petrol machine over an electric one if you can't afford one of these machines.
They start from around £300 and are generally a lot more powerful than an electric karcher at a similar price.
No they cant clean stone properly .its not a business you can start on a small budget

Start off hard mate.... It's going to run you roughly 1500-2000 dollars get a good petrol washer the bin set up is easy to make at home
