      Thanks Gary! I was never a teacher but my Dad was. Perhaps I picked up a little from him. :)

    Is it anyway you can do a video on the Hoppy bender made by rack a tier? I would like to know how it's works in real life. Thank you for that video. I had a hard time knowing what direction the box offset went. I can't tell you how many times I bent in the wrong direction. Thanks to you I always want to have a bending contest at work .

      Interesting. I'll make it a point to discuss how to tell which way the box offset goes. It would be awful to be almost done with a nice bend then bend the box offset the wrong way. :)

    Bill, another great video. Any chance of a link for the handy tool pouch that you were wearing on your belt in the video?
    Thanks

      It's made by DeWalt but they've changed it a little: ToughBuilt - Pliers Tool Pouch - Medium | 3 Pockets & Loops, Tape Measure Clip, Screw Driver Pencil Holder, Tool Holster Accessories, Multi-Tool Organizer (ClipTech Hub & Belts) (TB-CT-35-M):
      Amazon: amzn.to/2Wkn3c4
      It really is a cool pouch because sometimes you don't need that many tools so why carry the weight? It's inexpensive too. Thanks!

    To this day I don’t understand why people won’t wear PPE in the trades. Nothing tough about not being able to work due to a preventable injury.

    I would have bent that offset first before bending the 90 or saddle

      @@JSn00py yea but I always have a hard time with box offsets. A saddle is easier but I have to fiddle with box offsets too much.

    If you really want to impress people make the bends after the run has already been strapped to the wall and the inspector is just two rooms away.

    • @jheiny1231
      @jheiny1231 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why wasn't it bent before installed on the wall...
