    I probably read the uglys instructions and tried to execute my first 4 point like 4 times before I finally went to TH-cam and found your video. I'm pretty sure that the uglys book is wrong on how to do it, lol. Either that or they just make way to confusing. Thanks for this straightforward, concise and easy visual to help me and so many others out.

    Hello Bill... I’m really liking this new Klein bender. Especially for people like me who aren’t experts at making bends. Have you ever used the bender boot that Ideal makes that you put on the end of the bender handle so you can keep the bender from moving by stepping on it? I’m surprised Klein hasn’t made one for theirs....

    • @SparkyChannel
      @SparkyChannel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, I do like the bender boot when working on a finished floor because it protects the floor. I don't like it when working on concrete though. I just put my boot on the handle for safety. It's an IDEAL patent.

    So, after using the “angle setter”....do ya think it’s nice to have, also; you like the new head design (and markings) on the Klein benders compared to last gen?
    I’m also glad you got them and tested, as I kept asking you about them (hope didn’t mind, it was just curious on if saw them and what thought).
    Thx for the vid, always fun, educational, and interesting.....and also like that you actually “use” the tool(s) in your vids; as makes the vid even better, imo.
    Also, that new m12 compact fuel bandsaw, is just awesome and great for conduit work (especially res work, imo).
    As of now, my fav bandsaw😄

    Angle setter piece on the bender? Whuuuuttt? What is this new found devilry? My apprentice is such a pos i have him use the notch on all bends for a 4 point its only a little off, but good luck explaining to him the correct way... when time is of the essence and a dud of an apprentice you have, measure to obstacle, make 1st mark, measure width of obstacle,make second mark, use multiplier outwards from there both directions, leave bender with hook pointing toward direction of measurement, and start with first mark working toward last mark using the notch (center of bend) this will get you through trying times with a crap apprentice who is 2 yrs in and STILL cant bend...
