  • It has famously been asked by John Cleese "what have the Romans ever done for us." But what about the Jewish contribution to science? It is nothing short of phenomenal. This video touches on the issues in Israel today and how its enemies should be thanking the Jews rather than trying to obliterate them.
Peter Ridd is an ex-Professor of Physics and was fired for questioning quality assurance systems about Great Barrier Reef science on which he worked for over 30 years.

Abel Wolman, an American Ashkenazi Jew, transformed our understanding of water sanitation and public health. Academics who quantify the number of lives saved by scientific/medical/engineering advances estimate that Wolman saved the lives of millions of people around the world. If anyone ever deserved the title of ‘unsung hero’ it’s Abel Wolman.

I agree. I am from Ukraine. My most lovely and intelligent classmates and university mates were Jewish. My most favourite prof at the uni was Jewish. He was also the tutor at our group and once he learned that my father passed away he helped to get a job for me at the department. These were the 90th most hungry years with high unemployment rates after soviet union collapsed.
My mum was saved by the Jewish doctor and my aunty also had been very well treated by the Jewish doctors. My mum and her sister lived in different cities 800 km away from each other, not the same doctors. But the humanity and professionalism are their specific features. Myself I had a big problem with health when I was young, I was moving from doctor to doctor, noone could help, untill my friend advised to go to an old experienced jewish doctor and she really found what the problem was, gave the correct diagnoses and treatment.
I do not understand how one can hate Jewish, like the Palestinians do. They Jews are remarkable. They could be sometimes too pushy, or behaving specifically, but that is the part of their extraordinary nature.

My Jewish grandfather born to Polish immigrants in The Bronx, NYC is one of the chemists who worked with Oppenheimer (Jew) on the Atom Bomb and then the Hydrogen Bomb with Edward Teller (Jew). I assume there were so many Jews working on the bomb because the war was so important to them, important to stop. My grandfather always regretted working on a weapon of mass destruction. He later became a chemist for Revlon and worked on pigments for women's nail polish and lipsticks -- as a form of reparation to all the women he assumed died in Japan. May his memory be a blessing.

The number of Jews involved in the atomic bomb project was astounding; the vast majority of the scientists were Jewish. Almost all of them were German, Hungarian or Austrian refugees. The list included: J. Robert Oppenheimer, Project director and nicknamed “The father of atomic bomb,” Edward Teller, Leo Szilard, Otto Frisch, Niels Bohr Felix Bloch, Hans Bethe, John von Neuman, Rudolf Peierls, Franz Eugene Simon, Hans Halban, Joseph Rotblatt, Stanislav Ulam, Richard Feynman, and Eugene Wigner. One of the few prominent non-Jews involved in the project, Enrico Fermi, left Italy to save his Jewish wife from fascist persecution.
Not to mention Dr. Sigmund Freud and his contributions to mental health and psychological disorders and cures. Many of his colleagues were mostly Jews as well.

A very important message once again, and so well presented. Something dark in the human heart gives rise to hatred. Only the light of truth can extinguish that darkness. Perhaps that is why the Jewish people are attracted to the sciences and excel at it as they do in many other things. That achievement of the human mind and the human sprit should be celebrated, not vilified. We can only pursue the truth, and to err is human. We are born ignorant and only through great effort, dedication and hard work rise above that state of ignorance and poverty. And even in the end that task is left incomplete, as a gift and challenge to the next generation. Perhaps that is what those who hate resent the most. Humility.to God and the truth.

📻 THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the Salvation of the last day that Christ brought in the second and last incarnation of His new and holy name"
(God's work throughout His administration is very clear. The Age of Grace is the age of grace, and the last day is the last day. For the work of the last days to be fulfilled, there must be obedience, judgment, chastisement, wrath, and destruction to bring the age to an end. The last days are, referring to the final age. And only through chastisement and judgment can the age be brought to an end." "That is, in the Age of Law, Jehovah is the name of God, and in the Age of Grace, the name Jesus represents God. In the last days, His name will be Almighty God---the Almighty. I have once been identified as Jehovah. I have also been called the Messiah, sometimes people called Me Jesus, Savior because they loved and respected Me. But now I am no longer the Jehovah or Jesus that people have known in the past---I am the God who has returned in the last days, who will bring the age of the end. This is the God who appears to man in the last days but is hidden from men. In this way all people during the last days will see that I am the Savior who has returned. I am the Almighty God who will conquer all mankind. I took this name and I own this disposition, so that all people can see that I am a righteous God, and I am the blazing sun and the burning fire. This is so that all may worship Me, the only true God. And so they see My true face.)
      Almighty God said
"God's work throughout His administration is very clear. The Age of Grace is the age of grace, and the last day is the last day. There are clear differences between each age, because in each age He has a work to represent that age. In order to FULFILL the WORK of the LAST DAYS, there must be OBEDIENCE, JUDGMENT, PUNISHMENT, HATE, and DESTRUCTION to END the AGE.
The last days are, referring to the final age. In the final age, won't He end the age? ☀️
And only through chastisement and judgment can the age be brought to an end."
"That is, in the AGE OF LAW, JEHOVAH is the NAME of GOD, and in the AGE of GRACE, the NAME JESUS REPRESENTS GOD. In the LAST DAYS, His NAME is ALMIGHTY GOD----the Almighty. 🙏💐
And He USES His POWER to GUIDE MAN, CONQUER MAN, ACHIEVE MAN, and FINALLY, END the AGE," Once I was identified as JEHOVAH. I have also been CALLED the MESSIAH, once people CALLED me JESUS, the SAVIOR because they LOVED and RESPECTED me.
But now I am NOT the JEHOVAH or JESUS that people knew in the past times-----I am the GOD who RETURNS in the LAST DAYS, the one who WILL BRING in the AGE of the END. 🛑
I am the GOD who RISE from the ends of the WORLD, I am FULL of My DISPOSITION and FULL of AUTHORITY, HONOR, and GLORY. 🙏
People have never partaken of Me, never known Me and always ignorant of My disposition. From the CREATION of the WORLD until NOW, NO ONE has KNOWN Me. This is the GOD who APPEARS to PEOPLE in the LAST DAYS but is HIDDEN from people. 🙏🛑
He dwells with men, true and burning fire, full of power and overflowing authority.
There is NOT ONE PERSON or THING that My WORDS WILL NOT JUDGE, and NOT ONE PERSON or THING that WILL NOT be PURIFIED in the FIRE. ☀️
In the end all nations will be blessed because of My words, and will also be broken into pieces because of My words. In this way ALL people DURING the LAST DAYS will SEE I AM the SAVIOR RETURNING. I am the ALMIGHTY GOD who will CONQUER all mankind. 🙏💐
And for man I was ONCE the SIN OFFERING, but in the LAST DAYS I will be the FIRE of the DAY that will BURN up ALL THINGS, as well as the DAY of RIGHTEOUSNESS that will REVEAL all THINGS. Such is My work in the last days. I TAKE this NAME and I own this DISPOSITION, so that all PEOPLE may SEE that I am a RIGHTEOUS GOD, and I am the BURNING SUN and the BURNING FIRE. 🛑
It is SO that ALL will WORSHIP Me, the ONLY TRUE GOD. And that's HOW they SEE My TRUE FACE: I am NOT JUST the GOD of the ISRAELITES, and I AM NOT JUST the REDEEMER-----I AM the GOD of ALL the CREATIONS in the ENTIRE HEAVEN and EARTH and SEA." ☀️🙏
From "The WORD Appears in the Flesh"
      Fulfillment in (John 1:1)
📩 All who have "ears to listen" are led to what the Spirit of God is saying in His lowered and built kingdom/Church engraved with His new name, His totality, the ownership of this disposition, "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD "💐 fulfillment from what was said He to Peter 2,000 years ago recorded in (Matthew 16:18-19). His Coming is the fulfillment of all that was prophesied in the great book of Revelation, so the last "Salvation" He brought the whole truth, the way for eternal life. So the "victorious" ones who will receive them are the wise "virgins" because as recorded in the prophecy of His return no one knows it except the one who will receive it! So "come" and come to His kingdom/church standing in the holy place in the air/TH-cam! This is also a fulfillment from the book of (Isaiah 2:2/9:6) which He first fulfilled in His first incarnation. 📥
"They say with a loud voice, "Salvation comes from the Lamb, and from our God who sits on the Throne!" (Rev. 7:10). ... and (Isaiah 2: 2 / 9:6) "On the Last Day, the mountain on which Jehovah's temple stands will stand out above all the mountains. All nations will flock there. " . "For a baby boy is born to us. The rule will be given to him; and he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." 💌

In all fairness, Jews come in all colors :) If a Jew is stupid - he is a world wonder stupid. If a Jew is wicked - he goes all the way to a villain. Majority are brighter than overage, hard working and persistent which makes us overall more successful. And there are geniuses. A disproportionally large number of exceptional people. I think it comes from millennia of evolution: in Jewish communities the most desired couple was always the cleverest. Not the strongest, not the most good looking, not the richest - but the best student of yeshiva.
Before you think I am too critical - I am Jewish and Israel, I have a right to say all that :)

Indeed, especially Sephardic Jews. I forgive you.
Many Americans don’t know this: Columbus brought Jews and to the Americas in 1492 , many went to the Dutch Caribbean and Latin American countries. -Muslims (Moors; Khashkhash ibn Said ibn Aswad) came to the Americas before Columbus. There are a number of American Founders who are of Jewish descent. Jewish Americans funded the Revolutionary War. Then there were many Jewish slave owners and Jewish merchants. Those are historical facts.
This is the “conspiracy:” US leaders are indebted to Israel because it was a quid pro quo, between colonists and our Jewish brothers.

I get irked by Greta Thunberg & the eco movement. Mark Twain traveled in the region during the 1860s & wrote about how empty & barren the land was, sparsely peopled by Bedoiun tribes & impoverished Arab villages. The terrible pogroms in Russia were getting stirred up at the time. Settlers came & irrigated the deserts, & planted forests. Planting trees is an Israeli obsession to this day. A third of the early settlers who drained the swamps died of malaria. Israeli water desalinization plants to change sea water into drinking water are the best in the world, & used in many African nations. Israeli agriculture invented drip hoses & a number of water conservation methods. If eco activists were honest they'd hold Israel up as a role model for environmental reclamation. They made the desert into a garden.
Hamas looks at Israel & cries out that it is "stolen land," but the beauty & productiveness of Israel came from the hard work of Jews.

From Switzerland. After visiting Israel for the first time in 2008 we were so surprised how kind the people, how wonderful the land, how good the food and how peaceful it made us feel. So last week we just came back for the
51st time… and it‘s never enough!!! Visit Israel and you will see for yourselves how much you are lied at by the news and politicians in the west. Thank you ISRAEL for all you contributed to the world. Love also the cherry tomatoes you made us enjoy!!!

Hi, an Israeli Jew here. I am an IDF combat Lieutenant and currently pursuing a career as a leading scientist in the field of human aging (and how to stay young).
Watching this video gives me hope. We, the Jews, know that we are greatly supported, it's just that nowadays (as always, actually) all we see in the media is Jew hatred. We know that the world consists of ordinary peaceful people who support us and then some radicals that make all the noise, hence being the only ones that are heard, but it's tiring. For that matter, encountering an active move to support us, such as making a positive video about us, is empowering and gives hope.
Thank you Prof. Ridd, and all the supporters in the comment section, for being vocal.

Hedy Lamarr - a famous, gorgeous Czech actress who invented a radio signaling device which became the foundation for wireless communication we use today. She escaped the Nazis through her cunning wit. Lise Meitner discovered nuclear fission but was not given credit because she was a Jewish woman who just escaped the Nazis in Berlin.
Also most of the songs Americans sing at Christmas were written by Jews: "Chestnuts roasting on an open fire" by Mel Torme, "Let it Snow" by Sammy Cahn & Jule Styne, "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" by George Wyle & Eddie Pola, "Silver Bells" by Ray Evans & Jay Livingston, "White Christmas" by Irving Berlin, & "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree," and "A Holly Jolly Christmas" were all written by Johnny Marks. There are others but you get the point.

Einstein n Popper did the most damage to science. Einstein did little that was original. The famous equation E=mc2 was 1st formulated by S. Tolver Preston in 1875 in Physics of the Ether. Mass-energy equivalence was known to Newton (Opticks, 1704). the concept of space-time had already been proposed by Kant in the 1700s, Riemann in 1887, n Minkovsky in 1907. Einstein used the equations of Poincaré, Lorentz, n Maxwell almost unchanged without citing any of them and without any references, prompting some to call him a plagiarist. Lorenz made the same predictions as Einstein, but the latter tampered w space-time, considering it physical, but space n time r abstractions, therefore cannot be perceived by the senses, so cannot have any physical properties, hence the absurdity of space-time curvature. Another absurdity is the speed of light as a universal limit. Experiments have proven the speed of light can be surpassed, as in the Dual-Walker. Another of these experiments, w binary pulsars, concludes that gravity propagates at 20 bln. times the speed of light.
And Popper, who was also Judaic, invented the absurdity of falsificationism, which is like a religion in science, saying nothing can be proven true, using false arguments from formal logic, n falsificationism has been falsified.

According to WikiPedia: From 1901 to 2023, four Nobel Prize laureates in science have been Muslims (out of over two billion Muslims). One was a member of the Ahmadi community of Pakistan (not an Arab). One was Turkish (not Arab). One was American-Tunisian-French and the fourth is Egyptian-American.
As of 2023, the world's Jewish population is approximately 0.2% of the 8 billion worldwide population. Their share of Nobel Prize winners is 110 times their proportion of the world's population. Jews have been awarded all six of the Nobel Foundation's different awards:
    Chemistry: 36 (19% of total)
    Economics: 38 (41% of total)
    Literature: 16 (13% of total)
    Peace: 9 (8% of total)
    Physics: 56 (25% of total)
Physiology or Medicine: 59 (26% of total).
I guess i won't ever see a website titled "What did the Arabs ever do for us? (scientifically)."

Once when the Spaniards and the Portuguese made the life of their Jews impossible without converting to Christianity, the ones that accepted the Jews who left Spain an Portugal were the Ottomans. The forefathers of Ottoman empire, the sultan Selim I and his famous son Suleiman the Magnificent were very wise to accept the Jews and lodge them in their empire. Suleiman the Magnificent had also a Jewish advisor who helped him a lot.

71 Australian Aboriginal woman here whose family members met Jewish people through work in the Brisbane Valley while working in the local forestry areas in that region the mass immigration of the British and Europeans after WWII. The local shop keeper where I lived in suburban Brisbane was Jewish and when I was about 10 I asked him why his shop was open during Christmas/Boxing Day which never were in Australia up to the 1960s/1970s; and he replied to me that this family were Jewish which meant nothing to me as a 10 year old at the time but I asked my mother what that meant in terms of his religion she was always well read and the devout Christian was able to me explain why. Thereafter over the years I met a number of Jewish people during my teens, and social events leading into the 1967 Referendum and later during my 50 years of employment and from the 1980s working in the area of human right administrative law in Australia; which now after the comments by Minister Wong and PM Alboneses and their recent support for a Palestine state on behalf of all Australians they have single-handedly reduced Australia's involvement in human rights to rubble from the original involvement of Australian government representation with their foundation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the historical origins of the need for human rights law after WWII. I for one am incredulous at their short memories and lack of research and insight with their now popularist woke global politics has done before opening their mouths. Luckily I for one picked up a love of reading particularly of history from my primary, high school university studies relating to government and Aboriginal history and my work interest in Australian public administration and politics. I read a lot so I know this history. What remarkable people Jewish people are; the depth of intellect, the talent and their religious history and beliefs and discipline is astounding. In comparison Islam has nothing to offer anyone especially even Islamists with its origins of hatred toward Jewish people and Western civilization and particularly the formation of Israel. Recently this year I watched Barbra Streisand's speech for her Life Achievement Award in film; and everyone should have a look at it sometime. I didn't have to wonder why Jewish people particularly Jewish celebrities were not publicly vocal in the media after 7 October 2023 but Barbra has finally taken a stand of open support of her people with her speech. You discussed mainly the scientific achievement of Jewish scientists which is indisputable and a little of music and film which is equally astounding. At a personal level I've loved Barbra Streisand as a singer and actor since seeing Funny Girl. Jealousy is the only reasonable explanation I attribute to andfor the current state of hatred against Jewish people and Israel. Hope non-Islamists who now support Palestine and Hamas post the atrocities of 7 October 2023 attacks on Israel wake up and think for themselves about these facts.

Just like you are the native people of Australia, you have been persecuted by the invaders, Jews have also been persecuted by not only the Islamic invasion of Israel, but I believe the majority of the world also hates Jews.

Jews always help even their enemies.
