- In this video, we visit Redhill 85 Food Centre to do a $100 Hawker Food Challenge! I'm joined with my friend Nigel who is super familiar with the food stalls here!

As a competitive eater, my normal daily diet consist of whole foods, high fiber with very little to no processed foods. Afterall, I'm only able to do what I do with a healthy stomach and giving it the care it deserves, including going for regular screenings is something that I believe helps with the longevity of my career. Amazing. Thanks for featuring Redhill (85) market. We have tons of hidden gems and a few well known stalls such as the steam chicken rice that's sold out in like 1 hr from opening. 1-2 michellin stores(actually good food)
The china brother @5:05 his food is also quite amazing and they are so friendly and they are selling 363 days a year.

The fried chicken wing stall actually changed hands and it's not the same as what PM Lee queued for.
The original owner is at Eng Kee Chicken Wings at Commonwealth Drive, the difference is huge, maybe u can try to whack 100 chicken wings there, lol

The original uncle moved to West Coast Market in 2018 and passed the recipe to the current owners at Redhill market. Honestly they were previously known for their moist chaomian and beehoon

Question: thanks for sharing the various tips on maintaining stomach health and the promotion of the kind initiative. so how long a walk do you do after a heavy meal. Is it by time (how many minutes) or distance (what is the distance) estimated.

I wished I would have known that I should get myself checked out if I have any pain or stomach grumblings or anything. Because you are right, you dont know what your gastro is doing. I never thought it would be me, since I ate healthy. And yes, going to the doctor and getting it checked out is better than finding out and you are in advanced stage. Great message! Thank you.

Fishball noodles is one of my favourites! In the past, ketchup is usually added, I am not sure why most stalls no longer add it.

The stall that PM Lee queue for the chicken wings wasn't the original seller, now selling by eng Kee. The original was an uncle which moved last location to west coast which his stall is called yon Yan.

It is really really really a pity that you guys showed up for a lunch meal on a Monday. The iconic satay beehoon stall, the braised duck stall and the outermost zichar stall are mostly not open.
