If you eat the rice ball ice in the shop, you can add lemon juice and Osmanthus syrup by yourself. I really like the syrup cuz it's really special and delicious.

Err .. u guys did not buy 'pepper biscuits' from the super famous stall (with super long queue right near the entrance) but chose a side stall with apparently no queue?? Not sure if there's any difference in the taste though? Apart from the 'sheng jian bao' in the video, the rest of the items doesn't appeal to me leh. That version of man-made 'chee cheong fun' is now pretty common in SG, usually offering shrimp, char siew and/or scallop variety. The 'herbal pork ribs/mutton soup' is famous at this night market, esp yummy at a shop at the side called 'san xiong di' aka '3 brothers'. Having said that, different food appeals to different taste buds, so ya ..
