Doesn’t the cure react with aluminum? All my jerky kits always say to not mix in a metallic bowel since it reacts with the cure. Just curious if you’ve noticed any metallic taste.

I’ll check with Austin, but I’ve ate all of his stuff and it always tasted incredible :) so to my knowledge it’s okay to do!
What kind of smoker are you using?
How long do you cook it for and at what temp?
It’s in the video. Towards the end...Most important to just get the internal temp right!
