Using dried oregano is like using dry basil! Day and night difference! And as far as punch lol, that’s the craziest thing I have ever heard! Of course the fresh oregano has the most punch, I use it all the times!

Another great and informative video. It appears that you are cooking indoors with the dome, is that safe as long as it is properly vented? I ask because I want to set one up inside a commercial kitchen.

I’ve seen people not using the sauce that comes in the tin just the tomato’s themselves because the sauce that comes in the tin is not as good, what’s your take on it ?
Depends on the brand of tomato. Some will use a cheaper, less fresh, less ripe tomato to bulk it up, while others might just use their crop’s more imperfect tomatoes that still taste good but would be a bit less pretty if they remained whole.
All goes in for me.

bare hands that are frequently washed are much more safe. people wearing gloves often have a false sense of security and reuse them for multiple jobs without realising the cross contamination they are risking
